I do not RECOMMEND working at this company. I just got terminated on December 22, 2022 for misleading information! My pay rate was ***** an hr quoting benefits and dealing with people lively hood without a health insurance license. The whole entire organization is a joke with a very high turn over rate very unprofessional. No stability even when you need a supervisor they do not help!!

Have been nothing but trouble from day one! The recruiting team was amazing and made it seem like a wonderful company to work for. But once my equipment showed up I had no instructions on how to set up (luckily I am tech savvy) to no guide on where to go for first day of training (dec 13, 2021). I tried calling the office many of times and emailing the lady that recruited me and the office Noone answers the phone, when I transferred to the recruiters lime or hr line couldn't leave a voice-mail since the voice-mail box was full. Once I figured out where the link was for training by exploring the computer 3 hours late to class I was not the only one who had this issue... a week and half into training we were suppose to get specific employee numbers (READ OUT LOUD SO EVERYONE CAN HEAR OUR NUMBERS) well me and a few other people didn't get our numbers and had to wait and wait .Dec 20,2021 we were informed to log off and be on stand by until we hear further instructions. During this while time I am vigorously messaging my supervisor asking her if we heard anything yet and she won't respond till days later every time. Finally she informs me on January 12, 2022 that I can start the next training class on January 15th. The day comes and I try and log on and to my surprise my account has been disabled due to being logged off for so long. I tell my supervisor and she tries to resolve the issue with tech support and to be on stand by yet again. January 25th I finally get word that I will no longer be able to continue with the course yet again and a recruiter will be in contact with me. She informed me that an email will be sent to me from the training manager. It's February 1st and I have still have yet to hear anything and have screenshots of everything to prove. This is a very unprofessional company and I am NOT thebonly one I have been in contact with many people that have had problems against teleperformance and some of there's is worse than mine!
