              My pool pump stopped working a couple months ago, so I called this company to replace/rebuild it, as well as do a filter cleaning. I prepaid the whole expense upfront ($1,800) but had a lot of issues getting the real technician coming to fix it. ****, who coordinate the whole work, kept telling me that someone will show up the next day or two, but nobody did. After over a month, the work was finally done. However, a ton of DE leaked into the pool and the filter failed to keep them. I hired another independent pool company and they informed me (without charge) that I have to go back and file a warranty claim because there is apparently a filter leak. I'm working with Sky **** Pool right now but given the recent experience, I don't know how long it will take. The pool has been sitting under the Texas sun for over a month, unusable.

              We bought a new house and kept this company for our pool service to give them a chance. Went through 3 different pool people for my service then first off their service ***************** started coming into my backyard unannounced on non service days a few times I asked him to let me know before hand and he acted like he didnt have to? Then he quoted me $200 for an algae bomb for my pool and the office lady charged me double $433.00 I told her Im not paying that because I was never quoted that. She just insisted took up for ***** and they both are just unprofessional! I didnt even have them a month and told them Im done after they tried to take advantage of us when going online I see algae treatments for less than $50 really? I do NOT recommend this company I gave them a chance and now regret it!
