I rented & paid 4 a U box to br dropped at my then home in LV NVI should have know from the very beginning there where issues the first charged me to be dropped in my location before it had been delivered to me in L V and from there everything just went down from there I had scheduled for them to pick it up on 6 17 22 and that's when I was told that I would need to pay storage even while it was my then home and I fought back and was never charged for that but when I requested for it to be picked up I told them to store it for me and when I was ready to have it shipped I would let then know. Then in July 17th they tried to charge my bank account for 803 dollars for shipping it and I also started getting emails from the El P location stating my storage fees where late. This is when the issues really began I called LV location where I was advised that they had shipped it requested a supervisor I got a hold of her 4 days later and was advised at that time it was a mistake and I would need to work it out with the location in El P and I was told by LV that they showed the shipping fees had been paid and I needed to hurry and reach out to El P before they sell my stuff which I tried repeatedly and did finally got through the * haul customer service department and there was a 45 min hold time which I requested a call back and I was advised that the ship date to L V hadn't been scheduled yet. I knew I needed to call the location in El P to get some more answers 3 transfers later and 2.5 hours I did get through and was advised that the U Box team had left for the day and that I would receive a call back the next day which I didn't and was explained the storage fees and why it showed they where late after I explained the issue and made sure that it was staying in ElP I was advised I needed to speak to the transportation manager after repeated calls she sent a cust 3 complaint to LV and had 72 hrs to respond never did I was spoke to LV I spoke reg manager it was toldnothing
