      I called ** to reset my timer after a freezing storm. Everything was working fine except the septic sprinklers were running during the day instead of the middle of the night as they were. When they showed up, rather than just do what I requested, they said I needed a new ***************** heads. After they completed this, the sprinklers were still running in the afternoon? When they came next they said I needed a new compressor. After they replaced it the sprinklers starting dripping 24/7. Theyve been out at least 2-3 times and its still drizzling all day long. Next they said they would send a tech today but he never showed up. What can I do to get this company that has charged me over $1,000 to not fix what I asked for?

      We purchased a home and had the company come out to service the unit since the warranty transferred, they told us we needed a new pump Paid $700 to replace it because that was the issue and it was out. Then that employee quit and we had more issues and light came on and called again another employee came out and couldnt figure out issue and FaceTime his boss it appeared and stated he was new didnt know what he was doing and someone else would come out and left light on would only be a few days. Called back company spoke to receptionist many times explaining the situation and someone needed to come out,kept getting promised many call back and nothing, we gave it a few days called back same response 5x later we asked for a manger that keeps making excuses and refused to speak with us, instead she spoke about our issue that she never inspected with others in the company, and wanted us to get a new system without ever speaking to us or having it inspected, we refused and asked again to speak with her and was told she was to busy having tough conversations with builders and couldnt come to the phone again, we call back and now shes at lunch and we ask how long and 5 min later we are told she is there but on phone and not to call back they wouldnt fix our system anyways, that is horrible business and customer service that is how you treat your customers that have a service contract with you because your to busy, dont be a manager if you cant communicate or have your receptionist communicate and try to keep up with your lies we keep catching yall on. Wont be dealing with you further there are companies wanting the business who care about their business and community, stay far away from this company will take your money not solve the problem and not care I would leave no stars if I could

      My contract with JB Septic calls for a service visit every 4 months; however, I have only had 1 this year. I called to schedule for Oct. 7th, but no one showed. When I tried to call, I received a recording that their number is disconnected.Very unsatisfactory customer service.

      I would like to apologize for the frustration you are experiencing. We have had a really busy year since Covid-19 started and fell behind with the routine services due to being short staffed. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and miscommunication. We hope to offer you better services in the future.

      I switched to JB Septic years ago and have had nothing but excellent service from them. ***, the dispatcher, handles complex problems logically and professionally. She is obviously someone any business would be lucky to have represent them. The serviceman that came out explained everything and was neat and professional.
