      I acknowledge that my experience with this business is mostly my fault, but feel obligated to share the experience with others so that they may make a more informed decision.This company got us to sign a five-year contract without mentioning the terms on the phone. They did clearly state the terms in an email and the contract, thus making it my fault. However, this contract length was never mentioned in discussion and the company did not make any promised communications to us to make sure we wanted to continue the contract within the cancellation period.This company was the equipment installer for our home builder, which is why we did not look into the details of the contract. I feel they use that connection to then abuse customer trust.Furthermore, having a 5-year contract term when there is not equipment on loan is absurd. We are being charged 80% of the remaining contract for them to simply not provide the service anymore. There is no cost on their end to terminate the service but they take a hefty fee.Finally, this company appears to be deceitfully adding to their public reviews. A technician asks for a review as part of the install as a favor at the end of the process. This inflates their rating and hides bad reviews from other customers.The customer service was poor but the way they trick costumers into long agreement terms is appalling.

      We acknowledge your perspective regarding your account balance and your unwillingness to fulfill the remaining amount.  The ************** mandates that security monitoring agreements are documented in written agreements.  This practice ensures clarity and protection for all parties involved. Your contract included a 90-day trial period with no financial obligations, as long as the service was canceled within that timeframe.

      Our intention was never to defraud, take advantage of, or deceive you in any way.  Your account was not canceled within the 90-day trial period.  BSG incurred costs associated with activating your account, compensating team members, and monthly fees for live monitoring services.  Per the terms of the agreement, BSG is *********** seek recovery for these costs when early cancellation requests are made.

      Regarding customer reviews, we encourage our team members to seek feedback from customers.  ********** review process is one of many ways we accomplish that.   We firmly believe in transparency and feel it is essential for all current and potential customers to read reviews and make informed decisions about doing business with BSG. Integrity is one of our core values, and we take it seriously.

      Your review portrayed our business in an unfavorable light, which does not align with our values and our commitment to maintaining positive relationships with our customers and builders.       Pushy sales people use shady business practices and are more concerned with making money than on their customers needs. The products they installed were not explained well and do not work like they should. After our security system was installed, our sales rep Stephanie sold us on a deal for security cameras that were buy 2 get 1 free. Apparently by signing that deal we waived our 90 day trial period for the whole system. I would cancel everything and go with a different company, but I was swindled. Use a different company unless you enjoy getting screwed by sleazy sales people.

As required by the ************** ********************** always provides everything in writing as well as formal written agreements. The ************** regulates this industry for instances just like this one so that there is no disagreement as to what was agreed upon and purchased. In addition to the formal agreements, I did take the time to review your communications between you and ********* your sales professional that assisted you during the process and does not match up with what has been listed in this review. ********************** does care about our customers and always willing to work with you regarding any dissatisfaction.       *****, I tried to contact you via email on Dec.12 since you said you would be glad to speak with me personally, but I never received a response. I will post my email here with the hope that it will elicit a response. "*****,What exactly does not match up with my review? ********* did not mention at all that I would be waiving my free trial period and I honestly dont even remember her saying I would be getting 3 months for free. All she said was that she had a deal for buy 2 cameras, get a 3rd free. Other issues I had was the camera placements that your design team recommended were terrible and I dont wont to pay another $150 to have them moved, so at least one camera is pretty much worthless. Also, apparently the design team convinced me to place a third connection for another Eero, even though I was only getting two from the builder. Had I known, I would have either paid for the third device or not paid for the third connection. The Eero system has not improved my Wi-Fi signal at all though. The tech that did the doorbell did not install the wedge to change the camera angle like ********* said she was putting in the notes. And one of the volume control k**** on the wall is missing which ********* said she would replace. Bottom line is I am not happy with the install or with the service from the design team or *********. ********* took days to answer questions on more than one occasion and she did not seem very well informed on your products. Lastly, as a side note, you should inform future customers that buy a security system to have the cable company install the ************** where the alarm system hub is. In my case, the primary closet. That way they do not have to have the cable company come back out to move them and your company doesnt have to schedule a second appointment to finish the install."*************************

      I am a widow, with two granddaughters, who moved into our NEWLY BUILT HOME, Feb 18, 2018. I was anxious to purchase RELIABLE, SAFETY SECURITY services. BSG Representatives had come by several times and finally convinced me that BSG could provide our Security and Customer *********** Services services. I agreed to purchase the System and Services. I HAVE KEPT MY END OF THE AGREEMENT BY PROMPTLY PAYING the TWO(2) accounts MONTHLY, since inception, for a period of 3yrs and 6mo. I suspended payment for service payments to BSG. They have NEVER checked the system, i.e., working parts, inside or out to this date, additionally. The CEILING WAS NEVER FIXED. Since I suspended payment to BSG, they have FOUND TIME to consistently call my phone as a reminder, send invoices by regular mail, and CERTIFIED mail for payment, send certified mail, ** March 15, 2018, LESS THAN ONE MONTH of residence, (BSG reps) who came by visiting with me, on more than one occasion, to convince and after discussing my needs, I agreed to the installation of the Security System. ** March 15, 2018, two installers arrived. **e of them weighed approximately 300 pounds and the other weighed approximately 120 pounds. The larger one said he would explain the process and paperwork while the smaller person went into my attic area to make the necessary connections. We were SUDDENLY interrupted by a LOUD NOISE, The REP STEPPED THROUGH THE CEILING of the Master Bedroom of MY NEW HOME! I was in shock and tears. The Representative attempted to calm me with assurance that the matter would be taken care of asap. He made certain I had signed the proper documents before leaving. Needless to say, I was left without instructions of use. I believed they would rectify the problems. I made numerous phone calls to the company over the 3yrs+ period. I received one call from the "Manager" who said he would suspend some payments and PERSONALLY SEE TO IT that my ceiling was properly fixed and taken care of." ** March 16, 2018, they sent someone to come FIX the ceiling. The person applied a "quick fix" but said he needed the Right Kind of Paint ant Plaster to do the job right. After numerous calls over these 3+yrs (THREE Years and 8 EIGHT MONTHS) the job was NEVER COMPLETED.
