Recently, I had siding installed by an excellent company, and the workers pointed out several areas of my house where Stephens Roofing did *not* correctly install the repage metal. Repage metal is the top trim that goes around your house after a roof is installed; it is sort of like a liner that prevents leakage and keeps materials in place. Several gaps caused the wood trim around my house to rot.Over the years, I had to replace rotting wood trim, but I had no idea the root cause was the poorly installed repage metal.In 2017, I contacted Stephens Roofing about a window that had extensive damage. I hoped they would fix it. However, their representative denied any fault. **** continued to seep into the house, causing further wood rot. This was the same roof that had been installed earlier in 2017.Upon learning about the repage metal issue this month, I contacted *******'s Roofing again. They sent another representative, this time the siding company manager was present. While they acknowledged the problem, they failed to take any action to resolve it, further demonstrating their lack of professionalism.During the same visit, the siding company manager also pointed out another part of the roof, above a large kitchen window that was *never* done. The original 30-plus-year-old shingles were still thereuntouched by Stephens Roofing. Yet, another example of poor work.Stephens Roofing did two roofs for me in 2017 and 2012. I was so satisfied with their work that I even recommended them to others. --I regret doing so. People who write positive reviews are probably not construction professionals and do not know what to look for.Recently, they offered to meet with me, but they made it clear that they were not comfortable with my attorney being present. This reluctance to allow legal representation is a red flag, indicating a lack of transparency and a potential unwillingness to take responsibility for their actions.Review from Brittany L

I just have to say I hardly ever take time out of my busy schedule to leave a review but I just have to share my perfect business experience with *******'s Roofing of *********** and the ************ Services of *********************. Not only did *********** come out to my Residence and give me a complete estimate *********** also handled the situation I always dread the most *********** took care of discussing this with my insurance company and they approved the repairs right away. I strongly advise you NOT to use this company. My saga/drama began on Nov. 24, 2021 (and while the work is finally completed we're still waiting for them to reimburse us for the damage done to our neighbor's adjacent townhome roof). Today is March 16, 2022.First, they promised to get out the next week to fix damaged siding. Three to four weeks of calling them. They came out and fixed damaged siding and told us "we're done" but only did 1/4 of job. No painting of repaired siding. No caulking of remainder of siding on townhome & painting of it. No communication. They did damaged our neighbor's roof (the only way to get access to our siding). Said they'd fix neighbor's damage. Neighbor said no way. Said they'd consider paying for someone else to repair depending on what they were doing. Called several times and was given various stories and promises about when remaining work would be done. ONLY when I told them we did not want to complete work (and only pay for fix - damage) did we get action. Another six weeks later, work is done. Sent cost of repairs on. Just received invoice with no reimbursement for damage. If you value quality, communication, and delivering on commitments, don't chose this company.

We called Stephens to give us a bid on a hail damaged roof. ********************* came out and was professional, courteous and explained the whole process. The entire company was great including the office staff and the installers. They kept us informed throughout the whole process.
