In 2016 I hired Aspermont roofing to replace my roof after they did an inspection and determined there was damage. They worked with my insurance company and the work was done. A few years later after a heavy rain I noticed a leak and a water stain on my ceiling. I contacted ******************** from Aspermont roofing and he came out and put caulking on my roof where he thought the leak was coming from. I asked him if he could look in my attic to see if there was any damage, but he said he was too tall, and could not fit in my attic, but he would send somebody to inspect it. After that, I never saw anyone from Aspermont roofing again. No one ever came out. ********************* told me not to worry there was a lot of time before the warranty would expire and he was going to fix it. Several text were exchanged as well as phone calls. He said he would fix it. During one of our phone calls, he explained to me that his mother-in-law was in hospice, but he would contact me after things settle down. He never did. Then everything was put on hold during the pandemic. Everytime it would rain I would notice the stain on my ceiling would get larger and I noticed other spots in other areas of my house where it appeared I might be getting a leak. Recently, we had some more rain and I was prompted to reach out to Aspermont Roofing again to see when they were going to fix my roof. I sent a text and waited a few days and then I made a phone call and I did not get any response. I think this has gone on long enough.
