Our experience began when we built our home a few years ago. We hired them in good faith to install tile throughout our new home. We experienced some setbacks during construction, but we were able to overcome these, paid them in full & moved into our home. Fast forward to present day, we recently detected water leaking out of the side of our home. We suspected a leak in our master bathroom shower. We contacted them & asked them to come out to evaluate the leak. They did come out, per our request, but this is where our experience with them turned very negative. The gentleman that was sent out was defensive, argumentative & informed us he would send us a quote to repair the leak. After a quote was suggested, we informed the gentleman that we should not be fully responsible since the work performed during construction was defective. We are defining defective as broken/deteriorated tile grout throughout our master bathroom shower & in several areas of our wood tile flooring. The gentlemen stated he would speak with his manager about our concerns & return our telephone call the next day. The next day came & went to no return telephone call. We called on the day after & still no return telephone call. We finally received a return telephone call a few days later to only hear that all they were willing to do was come & seal everything. Seal an area where it is clear that there is water behind??? That doesn't sound like a reasonable solution. We requested a call from the manager/owner, still no call from either. Given this interaction, we decided to contact ****** Inspections. It was after they visited that it was determined that our shower flooring/bench were never installed correctly to begin with. The flooring/bench were installed leaving a very small gap, a gap that would allow water to seep through & exit our home through the brick mortar. This brick mortar is now growing algae. We hope our review will help others from facing a similar situation
