**************** is horrible!!!!I have had horrible experiences with customer service at the store on ********************* in ***********, **. They have argued with me, cursed me, misused my credit card and aggressively approached my vehicle to confront me. They do not fear consequences because they realize it is difficult to reach the owner and voice these complaints. I have attempted to contact the corporate office on several occasions. On my last visit 2 days ago when my credit card was given to the wrong customer and the employee was rude and unconcerned, the employee told me that if I were not satisfied with the service I received there, I should not return. Other customers who witnessed this interaction told me the employees were extremely racist. I need to speak with the owner, *******************, asap!Review from Mona A

Very bad customer service. Ask the employee if they can read back my order because I couldn't hear through speaker and the Hispanic guy with glasses gave me the worst attitude. I didn't stay for my order I took off never again.Review from Enrique F

No service through drive-thru. May 1st, 2024 at 6:35am. There were 3 employees, apparently having a meeting. They simply ignoring the drive thru. The guy with the fractured arm that works the drive-thru is rude and should be removed from a customer facing roleReview from Nick M

i use to order pancakes and bacon almost every morning. the pancakes were light, fluffy. until recently I have been served pita bread pancakes.they are thin as a dime with no flavor. customer service was great at your ******* I-45 ******* location. they are the rudest. after being served there for 5 yrs I'm done. not worth the money, so sad how the products have lost its quality. u will lose more business and close like panchos because u chose to use inadequate products.this location is not profitable. only a drive thru and no dining. i too am never going backReview from Sheila V

MINUS 5 -**** WORST RESTURANT IN THE ********* Some idiot customer came and ordered a bunch of stuff and instead of some manager taking on a leadership role and managing the situation accordingly so other customers would not have to wait for an hour,,,,, and ask the customer for him stand aside or park aside and take care of all the regular customers who know better than to do this and that you need to call and place a big order ahead of time. I waited because I was stuck in line for 45 minutes!!!! I used to come here twice a week for me my boss and two others, but now never again ever! We also placed huge taco orders once a month but NEVER AGAIN!!! Because you do not have good leadership at the ******* 24 hr location you will never see my money or my corporations money again!!! ************ we will come to you for all our needs I would rather go to ********* before I will ever come to this company ever again!!!Review from Charita B

I don't know about corporate and how they feel about their money. But I work hard to enjoy when I can. First, do you have management and do they answer calls at the stores? I am past tired of going to the ******************* location and paying for items that I don't get. It's happening way to often and to me that's stealing. You keep my money for service or products that I don't receive. I ordered lunch and got a Carne Asada plate with chips and Guacamole. No chips no guac. I work for the Sheriffs Office and don't have time to go back This has happened multiple times with costly items. Gas isn't cheap either. Ya'll have got to do better...Review from David Z

This place is never open and claims be 24/7. Gone once near a minor holiday then early around 5am, both times closed. Take off the 24/7 sign that is not true.Review from Eric G

My Husband and I pulled in to drive through at location **** Westminster @fountianview dr.in ************************* on 4/24/22 11:55 and 12a.m The cashier was extremely rude from the beginning. Basically she+ the cashier had a mask I did not get her name. Claimed she could not hear me. I simpled asked if we could get less or more on the enchilada dinner?she claimed she could not understand us but clearly could see me getting close to my Husband's driver side door so she could hear more clearly. She told me she was done and could not take our order and for us to leave?Now! How many customer's before us has she intimated to leave? I asked my Husband to please walk to the front to get the corporate number.. now we parked up front. I am now thinking do Ijave to look over my shoulder just cause I wanted my favorite enchilada's from Chacho's. I know this restaurant is not CHICK FIL....But being Mexican American myself. She brought stereotypical meaning of what some society feels toward hispanic / latino community..
