            After many years of using this company for service and maintenance their performance has gone down badly.In May they did a supposed yearly maintenance on the air conditioning, which per their invoice included blowing out the drain line from the air conditioning. In only 2 months the drain line blocked while I was out of town and caused major damage to the ceiling in the room below. When called to check if that was the problem the technician said the drain line was clogged and he blew it out again, and charged me another $313. I have filed a claim with my insurance, but am left with the $313 second bill and having to pay the deductible on over $10,000 in damage.Despite repeated contact to try and discuss this, they today told me it was my problem and to talk with my insurance.I found out my neighbor next door has also had issues with their maintence contract and has cancelled it as well.I recommend avoiding this company.
