I took our Grey Wolf Black Label to Crestview for a an electrical issue in the rear lights. ***** at the counter was amazing and definitely exhibited great customer service skills. Once the diagnostic began it was obvious **** and ***** really knew what to look for and quickly found the issue. I will definitely be using Crestview for my service needs.Crestview RV Super Store Response

Was under a lot of stress asked sales rep to find me RV. Sold me RV without disclosing any known issues way above value based on all the issues. Main issue... Did not disclose that the break away was broken previously, nor disclose they did a re-weld at the break on frame and also did not properly fix the break away, nor provide a good break away tie. Holding tank takes in water, leaks over, have a constant drip has separation at adjoining wall to bathroom, seals are worn and cracked on roof and the top seals are broken to all pull outs. Dealer had RV 15 days store after signing. Had time to fix issues. These are a few of many issues, but the main issue. Also, they had tires set at 20 psi. ****** went to pick up to tow and refused to tow until they aired tires to at least 30 psi. They had the time to fix. ** said willing to give me one tube of sealant and I can haul back for his service **** on issues (before I was made aware of my defective break away). RV is not safe for someone new to rv's to tow and risk accident with defective brakes.Crestview RV Super Store Response

*********, we regret any challenges you are having with ********** trailer you purchased. I am glad you brought this to my attention as I was not aware. I know it is difficult to resolve issues when the unit is not able to be brought back to us for repairs since you have no way of hauling it. We are not equipped to go on the road for service. But I must say, it is not our nature to 'hide or not disclose' any defects or safety related issues. We strive to put a good product on the road. Being a home on wheels, we know that things do happen for sure. On the purchase of used vehicles, we as consumers do take on certain risks. That is why used units are so much less money that new ones. We as consumers must take on a certain risk that things are not going to be 'like new'. No warranties are expressed nor implied. We purchased a camper from here towards the end of summer and thought everything went well but that feeling didn't last long. We had to wait a bit due to a paperwork issue but that was resolved in the end. We brought it home and realized that the tires were bad, 1 even had a nail in it. We called back and spoke to our salesman who offered us 5 year old tires as a replacement but assured me they were 'good tires'. We opted to replace the tires ourselves with new tires. We started to find other little things wrong with it and it's just been much more stress than it should have been. I even asked about returning it, and was told that wasn't an option since it's a used model. So with that we started to try to make it work, however months later and lots of money later, we still haven't taken it out on a camping trip. Something always comes up that we need to fix or do. We are so disappointed! It's been a horrible experience. I wrote a review online and instead of anyone trying to help in any way, I was attacked which just shows what sort of company this is. I would not recommend them or trust them in any way! The camper is useable but needs a lot of work and we will never be able to get out of it what we are paying if we try to get rid of it. Had we known what we know today, we would never have purchased from this group or purchased this camper.Review from Cindy P

In late October of 2022 my trailer and truck we swept off the road due to high winds. We were able to get back on the road . My trailer was damaged but not severely. It was mainly cosmetic. I had to put my truck in the shop for repairs, so I had the trailer delivered to Crestview Rv for repairs the first week of November. My insurance adjuster estimated repairs for approximately $1600 based on the photos I provided. A Crestview said they would take a closer look at the trailer and provide the insurance with a more accurate estimate.After that I place several calls to the initial Crestview employee. He seemed to never be in when I called. I left several messages but my calls were never returned. I have since stopped by ever few weeks to check on the progress of repairs. I was told we are waiting for the insurance company. The insurance company told me that they had not heard from Crestview about the additional repairs needed. When I asked Crestview about a timeline on the repairs I was told that the parts would take approximately one and a half months to be delivered and then another month for repairs.Since then I have stopped by a minimum of 3 times. Each time I was told that they were waiting for the parts. I asked them if the parts had been ordered and each time they said yes. I finally wrote to the head of service around the 1st of Feb. It is evident that I had been lied to as they would not have known what parts were needed until they did their inspection .It was not until Feb 14 that ***** received the estimate of closer to $6000 with which I have no problem. All I have ever wanted was to be treated fairly, professionally and repairs completed in a timely matter. I have not been treated fairly and honestly definitely not professionally. Hello *****************. I have investigated this issue. Seems like we have both been in the middle of an inexperience , new employee at the service writer position. ***** , although still employed here, decided that service writing was not for him. We agreed but valued him as an employee and found a more suitable position for him. It was totally our fault that we did not split up his tickets for others to follow up on and therein lies the problem. We have since do so and discovered that the initial estimate by the insurance company was indeed not accurate. Your agent agreed and a new estimate has the parts on order and we are expecting them. However, I understand that you perhaps have put a 'hold' on the repair and we are in hopes of completing this repair for you. We take full blame for the delay in proceeding properly. Please call me to discuss and/or , you have my email address. Please let me know how to proceed and please accept our apoligies. Our initial experience on the sales lot with Crestview ** was pleasant and the staff were eager to help, call back and move quickly. Once the unit was ours, the story changed. Our brand new travel trailer needed a repair, Jayco instructed us to take it back to selling dealership. After having our travel trailer for 5 months, it still had not been repaired. The service department staff were rude, especially ******* I was told in Dec 8 2021 that our parts had arrived but they were unable to install them until Jan 20, 2022 because of the ** Show. My January 20th appointment came and I arrived early. I walked into the service office - no one looked up at me, no one said hello, no one asked if I needed help. I was not surprised by this as I had already come to understand how Crestview's business culture truly operates regarding customer care and loyalty to the customer. Finally *****, the service manager, looked up and stared at me. I asked him if he could help me with my 8:00 AM appt. After waiting 6 months for our repairs, he told me that I didn't have an appointment and there was no record of any parts being on hand for me. Back to square one. I left the trailer with them again. It wasn't until I called daily and we went up to the store multiple times to push the repair that things started to move forward. We finally had enough. I went to pick up the trailer after the "repairs" and the tires were flat. How long had it been sitting like that? No one offered to help me, so I walked into the shop and found an air compressor and wheeled it out there myself. The employees in the shop just looked at me and kept working. At one point the ********** **************************** told my wife, "Maam, I don't know if you know but there's this thing called COVID that's affected us all." His deficient leadership has created a company culture that devalues customers and disrespects their time and business. Our experience with Crestview was deplorable. Shop elsewhere.
