Unprofessional and very rude, they never call you to let you know anything about applications and they take a couple of times to pick up their phone during their business hours, very frustrating to deal with, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Would have to pay another $100 for their mistake on my application

I apologize if you felt anyone was unprofessional or rude and you could not get through immediately. We do have voice mail as when we are on a call we give the customer the attention required. It is not ideal to inform that an application has not been approved and it is unfortunate the application was unable to be approved due to a negative filing on the report. The mistake was not on our part as we did not place the negative filing on the applicant's report and we can only make a decision by information we receive. . We did give the applicant the information we received so they may investigate further. The applicant allowed us to submit the application on March 25 and we responded on March 29 with the decision. The office is not open on weekends, therefore the turn around for this was 2 business days. We do wish you the best of luck. .

I was told it takes 2 business days to get the results and for it to be on my end that wasn't even me looked up on the address the courthouse said that the name on that case number which your people provided for to me after giving me a hard time to get it, I have the right to know what was pulled up on my history, but the fact that your workers looked up my fathers named and confused it with mine is on is yalls mistakes not mine, the courthouse and the lawyer for that case both told me that ssn and birthday weren't tied up to that case just ****************************** and there's no way that I was gonna get confused with that case unless just a name search was done then there would pull up the wrong name because I'm the 3rd not Jr you I'm just stating facts if you want to I'll keep stating facts and I'll expose more because I was falsely denied because your company did a name search on the wrong name I will be getting the case papers and if you want I'll show you but as of right now I wouldn't want to rent from the company, I have checked the ****** reviews and I wish I did that before dealing with this company! But yeah hope people stop getting ripped off by yall!
