Davidson allowed vast piles of garbage to accumulate at **************** after they took over management in March. I complained. They refused to do anything about the situation until I called code enforcement.Then in April, the ceiling began leaky during a storm. Water went into a ceiling fan and sparked sprayed out of the light. I shut off the power and removed the lighting unit in case a fire started. I put in a maintenance request. Its now August, the fan is still non-functioning, and the ceiling leak hasnt been repaired!Some other BS happened. It seems no one competent works at their office. They wanted to raise rent and add a bunch of BS fees. I refused because of the ongoing issues, and they backed down.Cut to a week ago. CPS shut off my gas due to a leak in the building. I put in another request, which was ignored. I put in a second request, which was also ignored. So I called the city, and code enforcement came out. They documented the gas turn-off and the ceiling fan (still dismantled!), and the ceiling leaks. Well, that FINALLY got Davidsons attention. Today, August 11, a contractor stopped by to take photos.Still, Davidson didnt even get that right. They sent an email stating their contractor cant reach me, a step they believe is in their favor to build a case that I am non-compliant by refusing access. Well, the contractornice guydid send a couple of texts yesterday to a number that is NOT MINE. The incompetence at Davidson is so staggering they couldnt even feign ignorance to code enforcement properly.Needless to say, I am leaving this dump on September first. They already hinted that I won't get my full security deposit back in an email. Theyre crooks and a nasty business. I don't think the people working there are ashamed of the tactics they use on tenants. By the way, similar things happened to the guy below me. He signed a lease only a month ago. I hope he survives! Davidson is negligent and dangerous.

About the Davidson Properties, company, managing ************************, at **************************************************************. This company has to be the only Company in the County that posts threats of Eviction without making proper attempts of communication to its' tennants. I moved into the ************************, in November of 2021. I was told that there was a $150.00 Deposit, for Rent, and a $300.00 Deposit for my Cat. On or about the 28th of the prior Month (October), I had to pay the difference for the Deposit , for the rent part, and then pay half of the Deposit for the Cat. I was told by *****, the Apartment Manager, that i can pay the remainder in increments. I agreed. I Paid my December Rent, after Thanksgiving, and paid my January rent, before New Year's. I get an email today, stating that I have 3 days to vacate the Apartment. I wish to obtain Litigation on this company, for Unfair Business Practices, in the event that they attempt to Bully me for eviction. I wish to name this Company into Unfair Business Practices category, as they are not Conducting the Fair Housing Standards on the Tenants.
