Armadillo Properties does provide a review process for tenant's who do not agree with the determination of their security deposit. The review department does adhere to the fiduciary responsibly of Armadillo Properties to work for the Landlord in collecting for damages, yard maintenance and cleaning responsibilities if a tenant has been remiss in the guidelines provided on their lease. We also have the responsibility to treat the tenants fairly and honestly. We believe a fair and detailed review process be made available to meet such requirement to treat the tenant fairly and honestly. In the process of this review, we can and do provide refunds (for specific charges to a tenant's security deposit) if we are able determine an error was made or we find proof to support a tenant's complaint. Hours and hours of time goes into the review process, and we encourage all tenants to send an inquiry to us if they feel they have been charged unfairly. We also encourage all tenants to review their lease, to include the Landlord's Rules and Regulations Book. This should be reviewed at the time of their lease signing, throughout their tenancy when repair concerns arise, and certainly prior to their move out. This will assist to save a tenant damage and cleaning charges at the time of their move out.
