We moved in to this house 1 year 6 months ago. Since the day we moved in the ** or heater didnt work. In the middle of the summer we didnt have **. They send about 20 technicians to get it it fixed none of them ever came back to fix it. We had our contract renewed after a year only because we were having a house build and we were leaving no matter what after the 6 months contract. We had explained that and even a month before moving we texted the property manager that we were leaving at the end of the month but she got fired. Which we were never informed so we didnt know that our property manager had changed. Halfway through the month I called the office to see what was going on because the property manager wasnt picking up. And told them that we were moving out. Immediately she said there would be a penalty because it wasnt in writing and we never told them. When we went to put it in writing, we tried explaining ******* everything but she wouldnt listen and would walk out of the room and leave us talking by ourselves. At some point ******* even got in my face and yelled at me because I supposedly talked over her. She was very rude, loud and unprofessional. When we refused to give up our new adress she threatened us with not giving back our deposit that was refundable.
