They have become unreliable or unaccountable for following through with repairs to rental property. Does not deal well with garage neighbor, drugs, prostitution and cops. We are always told one thing, yet when we contact them NOBODY knows what is going on. Was never, NEVER, given new keys or locks to rental; we replaced them ourselves after 2months of living there.Because of the garage apt hoarding, the rental house has become infested with rodents and Now a raccoon in the attic. Ac/Heater unit has had issues for a year, that has still not been fixed causing us to have $500.00 electric bills. Our oven does not work properly, the temp doesn't stay where it should, that's been broken since Thanksgiving 2021. We've put in work orders, however the office tells us to keep putting it in their portal because they dont see it. I have screenshots of work orders, text messages between me and ******* the owner of Sunburst Realty. I really thought this house and rental company was going to be amazing however in the past 2 years I have had stuff stolen from my back yard, fear for my children being hurt or home broken into. I have spent more than $300 fixing things, and rat traps just to stay here comfortably. I honestly do not feel the property owner is really aware of how serious things are.I've only been late with rent 1 time when we caught COVID, but paying ******* rent and ****** water BOTH to Sunburst Realty has become too much, to have this many problems. I've come to hate this house, and I strongly suggest that people be aware of how Sunburst Realty really is. We are not happy renting the house at ***********************.
