I use this company for my tax properties I was behind on. My in law had missed some payments and we werent aware of it. Not until they came to serve me with a foreclosure. I asked them for documents about late payment notices. They said they sent one out and the six months. They never contacted us by email or phone. They also never sent certified mail. When I called to make them aware of the fact that they had not made me aware of the late payments. They had just serve me with a foreclosure. The lady literally said was someone knew these payments were due because someone was paying on it. The thing is, we didnt know. And thats why our house is in foreclosure. They refused to tell me anything about late payment notices because they probably never did send any. They refuse to prove that they did also. Do not use this company unless you have no other option. Even then, be scared that if you fall behind, they wont serve you with a late payment notice they will just simply serve you with a foreclosure.Review from Laurie h.

Ovation lending is a setup too those in need. The lady that was at my home was the devil in disguise. They are trained to lie to the nieve people like me. I had told the lady I could not pay the monthly payment amount at the time. I asked her to null and void the contract. She told me she could not do that. Was then rude and left quickly. I could never get a hold of anyone at the number left, was transferred from person to person not receiving any callbacks. Then the ultimate happened when they didn't have an account for me, again being transferred to who knows still not receiving a callback. Every six months receive a letter to show proof of insurance on the property. Having the same insurance *** as when I signed up for this scam. No need for the ******** letter. All the letter was a coverup for what was taking place behind your back. Deceitful actions on their behalf. By filing on your property for the mortgage loan I did not realize I had taken. I paid cash for my home. How stupid I was. While these crooks are laughing all the way to the bank. Now I'm without a place to go. At 65 it is really hard to start over with zero. I'm retired or what I thought retired. They are sorry ** s in my book. I hope they rot in **** all of them.

Since the loan originated in 2019, we made 23 unsuccessful attempts to contact you leaving voicemails. During the life of your loan, there was only one payment made. Ovation Services charges an astronomical interest rate. And you cannot make the payments. The interest rates come into play with no legal explanation. Our loan started off as a $30000 debt. The pay off is now $72000.. I know that's not legal. What type of lawyer do you use for such a situation,?Review from Lynn M

DO NOT DO IT!!! Ovation is just like a payday loan company and should be banned. You will never pay down your loan and the only thing they want is to get you to refinance adding your current years taxes. My taxes are only about $1500 a year, we got into a bind and had to use them for a $1500 tax ****. Which then doesn't help you ever get ahead. I have had to use them a couple of times since(BIG MISTAKE) So a total of $4500. been paying on this for 4 years and my account balance is now only $10,000 DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....TALK TO YOUR LOCAL TAX OFFICE AND SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THEM!!!!!Only giving a 1 star because it was the lowest, I could give...I would have preferred negative stars. **************** is the worst I have ever had, they are rude. Ovation services is the most horrible company on the face of this Earth. They agree to pay your house taxes, but then deceive you on how long it takes to pay back the loan. They are horrible at customer service too. They d don't care about disabled people either. They file a lien against your house and auction it off. Don't ever get Ovation services to pay your house taxes ever. I wish they would go out of business. They took my house that I had been at over 50 years here in Lubbock, Texas. I hate them. I wish that I had tore up their post card. I repeat If you go to them you will regret it. Say goodbye to your house. They are most unfeeling and unscrupulous people that I ever met. All they care about is money not people. They are all Scrooges there. Don't work for Ovation services either. They don't even process payments right either. They never leave you alone. They laugh at you when they take your house. I will never go to them again. Heed my warning. Stay away from them. Go to your county to pay your house taxes not Ovation. They should be run out of business.
