If I could give 0 stars, I would. Owners, beware of hidden fees, little to no tenant screening which may lead to evictions that you'll have to pay for, and then more fees that this property manager will charge the delinquent, evicted tenant that you will now have to pay. They will charge hundreds of dollars in late fees for rent that they only had a 10% claim to, and then deduct that amount from the security deposit, leaving you with nothing or close to nothing. Key ****** I learned from dealing with this company for two horrible years is they incur 0 risk when they find a tenant since they get paid either way. Real Property Management was referred to us by our neighbor who also have his property manage by RPM. We, my wife and I were so happy that we went for it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.Review from Lawana M

Real Property Management Alamo has been managing our properties in *********** for a number of years. The property managers are always very responsive to any inquiries we make and always take the initiative to renew leases and prepare the properties for new leases in a timely manner. ***************************** and her team at the ********************** are excellent in taking quality care in performing all maintenance requests while keeping us, the owners informed.The entire RPMAlamo staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.****************Review from Crystal W

The took over from our lease and this transition has been entirely horrible, 4 days before EOM, on a weekend no contact prior, now trying to cram late fees on us for their incompetence after this month was paid throught them no less. They haven't even tried to make an effort to make this transition easy or smooth, just a pay us and you'll suffer.Review from Daniela S

This property management has very poor communication and once you do get ahold of the realtor, *******, she is super rude and unprofessional. They also threatened not to do business with us over a ****** review I did with my experience with them and I find that to be illegal. They are quick to take the non-refundable security deposit but slow to answer calls and emails.Review from Mario P

I was misled by the website reviews (note how they don't allow you to write a review within the site). As an investor to move my investments with **** Property Management was the worst decision ever. Within less than one year they almost ruined my investment my rents decreased by 50%. the level of tenants they put in my units were the worst from all aspects of tenants. Do your homework because Companies like these are the ones that make folks think twice of becoming landlords. I had so many issues with them and almost sold my investments, but I figured I was with the wrong PM company. Nice people but they don't understand the business and just not in line with **** estate investor.
