I have lived in an RDE **************** for 4.5 years. Throughout my entire time at the property I have been very satisfied with RDE's management, and the staff have been very professional. Every maintenance request ranging from A/C going out to flooding in my apartment and dishwasher going out was completed in a very timely manner after one request made on the online portal. I have also had problems with a neighbor's inappropriate behaviors and these issues were also addressed by the property manager which was greatly appreciated. I have remained living at the property for almost 5 years due to the great management and upkeep of the property and intend to stay for at least one more year.

I have had terrible experiences with RDE Capital Group's employees, particularly with property manager ***********************, whom has deliberately delayed my moving process and continues to display poor customer service and a very unprofessional attitude throughout my entire time at *****************, one of the properties RDE Capital Group manages. The inadequate parking and failing management service there have always been a problem but the bad experiences were continued by their attempts to nickel-and-dime their tenants at every chance, including charging over $100.00 to throw out a few pieces of plasticware left in the dishwasher. Not only did they keep my entire $150.00 deposit but the ridiculous items they overcharged me for left me with a $140.00 balance, even after applying my $150.00 deposit. Nevertheless, I paid their absurd charges but now they are delaying submitting my pending renter verification, which they have had for over 5 days now, preventing me from moving forward with my move to a new apartment complex. I have reached out to everyone at Crest and RDE Capital Group that I could find a phone number or email address for but I have been ignored or met with contempt.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Moving into my new house in February, they hadnt gotten the necessary city permit for my electricity or gas to be set up and no one contacted me for 5!!! days and it was during the snow days! My dog and I had to freeze. Then there were plumbing issues. Now with the summer heat coming in, my house is constantly at least 80 and I have been trying to get them to resolve this issue for 4 weeks!!! So now my dog is always panting, Im always sweating. They never answer the phone. I had to figure out a direct line to the manager, *****. They will not answer during the weekend. But then, expect me to be ready at the drop of a hat when they finally want to get it together and help. *** had to take off a total of 4 days of work to be able to live comfortably. If they manage a property youre looking at renting, RUN!!! If youre renting a house and need management, RUN!!! Communication *****, literally the worst experience Ive ever had.

RDE Capital Group IS NOT a professional business. I automatically assumed I would be respected enough to be told the truth, or get answers to legitimate questions in an appropriate and reasonable amount of time. I am doing EVERYTHING I can to let others know what caliber of people work with this company.

I have never met a more unreliable property management. They are only available by email and half the time they don't bother to respond. I threaten to withhold my rent until several of my repairs were made and instead of fixing the issues, they threatened eviction. I paid and stayed another 5 months & gladly moved. None of my repairs were completed prior to my move out. Hopefully, one day they will learn that the residents are their bread and butter and be more responsible.
