Absolute nightmare of a 'management' company. RUN! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY. If I could give negative stars, I would give as many negative stars as the system would allow. Terrible representatives whenever you call. The ** feature they recently rolled out is just as much of a tragedy as the real people they employ. if you attempt to modify a project, expect it to completely require a new application to include everything, multiple times extending months without approval. You'll immediately receive another email to tell you what they requested wasn't received and to resubmit another item. Only to turn around and get denied after another '30 day review' to get denied again. Round and around you will go with them. Don't bother appealing a decision either, they will deny deny deny. Disgusted by their business practices. They robbed ************** out of more yearly dues for worse service than the previous years. I pray BBB shuts them down-they don't deserve to be called management let alone a company for profit.

PS is an unethical and dishonest company. They say they can be reached anytime, but all calls are first outsourced to a call center in *********** (but PS will lie and tell you the call center is in *******). The owners overload their managers, and they don't support the managers....so the turnover rate is high, leaving communities with no continuity. Their contracts are extremely crooked - read it and get out as soon as you can! There are many small companies in the area that are WAY better.

PS Management has a system that will not set up auto payments and then tells me it is my fault..... failed to set up my info on auto pay 3 times in a row very sorry system design and horrible customer service in the Austin *****

Terrible. Have been trying to get ahold of ********* regarding a squatter living in a storage unit in our condominium's garage every day for an entire week. Not even sure if she is a real person at this point. The people that answer the phone are polite, however every time they "relay" the message back absolutely nothing gets done. There are also multiple spots on the property with disturbing graffiti. We pay good money to live in this part of the city, and are met with consistent ignorance and unprofessionalism. This situation is a danger to residents, remains an extreme biohazard, and leads to unsettling property damage. Wish I could give zero stars. Please do not give your business to *************.
