    Early termination of lease initiated on june 3rd 2022. With a 60 day notices placed on that day, the lease is set to end for august 2nd 2022. In exit fees, I have overpaid, paying for the entire month of august when it should be a prorated rent for the two days. I have gone back and forth with the manager to have this resolved but am being refused.

    Just helped my son and girlfriend move in today and GROSS! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. A complete infestation in the bedroom and bedroom closet. Office was contacted after keys were received and was told that pest control will be called. First if all, the apartment was not available immediately like it was stated on the site. Was supposed to be available on the between the last week of April and May 1st. Well, the apartment had trash inside and needed to be cleaned out after my own visits to check in the progress by end of April. After contacting the office due to no communication was told that the apartment needed to be cleaned out after they 'walked through the apartment' from the previous tenant. So anyways asked for a timeframe was told someone would get back to me never did ..had to get the information off the portal. Moved in with furniture and out came the roached and found lots of cob webs in the kitchen cabinets and stove. The place is gross. I wish I could move them out already. AND THEY HAVE NO PATIO OR BALCONY LIKE THE OTHER BUILDINGS. Not a pleasant start with these people. The gallery pictures do not match this apartment. I am LIVID!!! How can the office and Corporate be ok with their tenants living like this. No one is ok with a ***** infestation or roaches period for the monthly amount paid. I am so worried now because they're stuck in a place that's only gonna care about getting their rent. Wish I could speak to Corporate be NOW! This is unacceptable

    We sincerely apologize for this move-in experience and assure you that we will do everything we can to make this right. Our team has been in contact with the new resident about the pest control issue and a treatment has been scheduled. Weve also spoken with our contracted cleaning crew about their service to ensure this does not happen again. We offered to have cleaning services return to the apartment and this was declined. Were sorry for any miscommunication and are available to answer any questions the resident has about the floorplan layout and the lease agreement. We are committed to make a great living experience for our new resident and will be here if they need any additional assistance.
