On August 18, 2021 Charles H. McAllister entered into a Consent Order for Permanent Injunction and other equitable relief with the United States District Court for the District of Western Texas, Austin Division. The Consent Order settles allegations Charles McAllister, through BullionDirect, Inc. operated a fraudulent scheme involving precious metals that resulted in customer losses of more than $16 million.
