On August 25, 2021 (Wed), Dino's Plumbing located in ***************************************** (08) came to our house around 830am to repair a water leak in our kitchen; water was leaking from the wall onto the floor. The two workers who were there to repair the problem, checked the water heart which was initially thought to have caused the leak (wrong), then they went into our attic, and supposedly they found a pipe in the attic that is connected to another pipe which connects to the washer in my washroom is causing the leak. After about 1.5 hours of supposedly fixing the problem, I was charged $450. Later that evening after we assured that the leak had been repaired, my daughter took her shower and began preparing for bed, so I went in the kitchen as a follow-up to ensure that everything was actually okay, it was not. The water was still leaking from the wall between my stove and the washroom onto my kitchen floor. After cleaning the mess up, my husband called Dino's Plumbing Srvc to inform them that we still had a leak.The next day, Thursday (Aug 26th), a repairman was sent back to our house to repair the same initial leak, but this time we were told the leak is actually coming from the water hose attached to our refrigerator lined along the kitchen wall. After making the repair, we were charged another fee ($150) for a leak that was never repaired the day before bring our total expense to $600.The second charge is a ridiculous and unnecessary charge for a job by a professional business, and was talked about in our second call. Basically, we were charged for another trip to our house to complete an unfinished job by "supposedly" professional plumbers, charged for continuously calling to ensure that someone would be out soon after failed promises to arrive before noon (****/brusque attitude), and charged for their gas in having to return for THEIR incomplete work! The treatment from this business, and the outrageous charges are unsatisfactory & unfair for any consumer at any time, especially during hardships in dealing with Covid-19. I know a service was rendered, and pay is expected, but to over-charge or to charge a client another fee for your unfinished work/mistake is a horrible outcry! ***please check around with other plumbing companies before calling Dino's for any kind of service***
