Very unprofessional and just wants to take money. After two other plumbers came (sent by the realty company) saying the water heater needs to be replaced, Brown Unlimited came and said it was working and its ************/electricity. Anyone who has dealt with water heaters going out, know that once its going from super hot to cold without the k*** being turned, knows its on its way out. Theyre lazy and dont want to fix it. Leaving a family of 7 without water for TEN DAYS! It is inhumane to leave family without water. Its illegal.

I not sure when your water went out and who the 2 other plumbing companies were before us as they are sent out by your landlord but we did not leave you with out hot water for 10 days. We received the work order during our holiday closure and scheduled you for our 1st available appoinement .
On arrival we tested the new tankless water heater ( less then a year old)  and it was funtioning properly. We determined the elctrical source is the problem not the brand new water heater . The water heater was on and working properly when we left the property and informed the landlord there was electrical supply issues and an electrician would need to be sent.  

You text Brown Unlimited after hours yesterday 11/29 stating your water heater went back out. Even though our office was closed we still replied and relayed this information to you as well. We even notified you landlord last night for you as well and reinterated that an electrcian needs to be sent out. 
You will need to contact your landlord for complaints and assistance. 

Had an emergent situation with a water heater ona rental. Was told by ***** VIA TEXT we will get scheduled around lunch time. Lunch time came and went, as did my calls. Finally at **** I contacted her and asked when I could be scheduled, and rehashed what was said, only to be rudely cut off and corrected to her own false narrative. (I have texts). She then said theyll be there today from now until 5 with nothing else but a sarcastic ok? Very unprofessional. Seems like they cant handle business as it comes, and treats customers as if theyre bothersome. Would much rather have chosen a place without such a b**** that answers the phones

Reading this complaint is very out of place. The lady that the renter spoke to has been with Brown Unlimited since 2008. We have never had any complaints on her in all the years. If anything lots of complimnets. Yes we did receive a work order from the property manager that this tenant rents from. It was for a water heater leaking. Her first interaction was to make sure they had shut the water off to the water heater. The tenant text pictures and showed the lever they turned off which we advised was correct. They wanted to know when we wouid be there. The response was " I will not know for sure until closer to lunchtime once all the morning appoitments are completed."We already had a full schedule for the day and was trying to work them in but did not konw if and what time that would be . They called back in sometime after 2pm she did not know if there was a shotimes yet as no updates were known until her manager just so happened walked in the office and overheard and he stated to her yes we will work him in between now & 5pm. This is when she simply told him oh wait they just said yes between now & 5. If there were any hurt feelings over this situation I apologize for any miscommunication but again to have someone degrade an employee that has been the company for 15 years with out even calling in to speak with her manager first instead of blasting her and our company on BBB was uncalled for.
