I am very upset with the Rep/owner Amy's comment. Recently I used the service for moving a Piano . Thought I had texted her and gave all the information she requested and set a price. When the movers came they denied to move the Piano up the stairs. I had texted Amy to let her know, that I was dissatisfied and I think that was deceitful. I had told Amy few steps when I made the appointment. We have one of those half stairs space for Piano. She calls me and started the conversation very rude and loudly. That I said few steps and there were 8 steps. I asked her where does it say few means 8? If they had specific requirements she should have told me. If there was miscommunication, she should as a business owner apologize. Instead of that, she starts screaming "this is America"..now what does a Piano moving has to do with America or not? The only reason she said that because she heard my accent. She is a RACIST person. I will never do business with her again.

Our company has moved pianos in Austin for over 35 years and have encountered many people but none as this. Mrs. K*** was not honest about how many steps she had. I called her as I would any customer that has a concern, she started yelling that we were deceitful and dishonest. I tried to explain what was happening with the piano move and that if she been straightforward on how many steps she actually had this would not be an issue, I am not sure where she heard what she heard because she would not let me get a word in are accept my explanation because she was screaming and yelling so loud over the phone I could not get a word in. I became a little upset with her and stated here in America a few means 3 to 4 of whatever you are referring too. Not sure of what she heard because she was still yelling at me. Then she hung up on me. Her husband was at the house when the piano was being moved, he was very friendly understood and paid the additional fee. We completed the piano move with the customers satisfaction. It was unprofessional of me and I should have stayed in control of the situation. There is nothing racist about this.
