This company is a scam! We spent nearly 20k on IVF. Obviously we did not get the results we intended. Needless to say I am speaking for everyone in our position. This procedure is severely overpriced and we got nothing from it. We asked for a partial discount for services we did not receive and they declined. They put in fine print that the services are a bundle price so that way they can justify keeping all your money even when they dont provide all the services that you pay for. The staff are rude and arrogant! Just like big pharma they only want your money. They care nothing about you.

The company knows the percentages but reluctantly charges and treats every patient the same. The meds are extremely overpriced. We have spoken to other medical doctors who say to get the drugs needed from Jerusalem at a 3rd of the cost. Why wouldnt a company with the best interest of the customer in mind financially pass this info on? Why would a company bundle all services from start to finish and make you pay for services not received if they had the best interest of the customer in mind? Not one single person requires the same treatments and the statistics prove that.
