            On July 5th I called Michael A Bogdan's office and spoke with ***. I scheduled a consutlation appointment and was told that I had to pay a $100 fee that would be applied to any procedure if one was done. It was refundable and so I paid it with my flex card. //I received an email with information but nothing said anything about the non-refundable $100 fee. I ended up needing foot surgery on both of my feet and canceled within a couple of days but never received a refund. I never received the refund and when I asked about it, *** said that it was their policy to not return this fee. It was never put in writing and *** never told me this. She also said that she asked Dr. ******************** A. Bogdan if I could receive the refund and he said no. I am submitting this complaint as Michael A. Bogdan stole $100 from me and I would like it back. I feel that this is trickery, falsification of practice, and unprofessional.

            I had a tummy tuck with Dr. ******************** back in November 2022. Im about seven weeks out currently and I just had my second follow up visit. The staff has been nothing but kind and amazing. They answer texts around the clock and have always given such great advice. Dr. ******************** left me feeling so confident after the initial consultation. I was really anxious prior to this particular consult because I was on some social media forums about plastic surgery and I was just scaring myself. But Dr. ******************** really put my mind at ease because he does this every single day and hes the best of the best. Im really happy I chose him as my doctor. Also he has hundreds of before and Afters on his website more than any other doctor that I looked at in the area. So I felt confident that he didnt just show his best work he showed all his work and it all looked great. Surgery day went off without a hitch my recovery was pretty painless just a little soreness in the muscles but I only took painkillers for 24 hours and Everything since has been smooth sailing. Oh, and to note, his belly buttons are top notch, I love mine!
