It's only been 2 weeks since they treated my property for ants, but today I had to use 2 ********** of ***** on active ant mounds around my house.

I am extremely disappointed with Tejas Pest Control. I needed treatment for an ant and spider infestation and was willing to wait almost three weeks for my appointment because the company advertises that they use only organic pesticides that are environmentally friendly. When my appointment date finally came, I waited for my technician to arrive at 8:30 am on October 26. When the technician did not arrive I called the office to find out what had happened. The person who I spoke with realized that she had made a mistake in processing my order, and as a result I was not on their schedule that day. She was very apologetic, but it was what happened next that made this experience even worse. She got in contact with the technician, who happened to be the owner of the company, and he told her that he would head to my home as soon as he was done with his first client that day. He was not sure exactly what time that would be, but if it was OK with me they would call me 1/2 hour before his arrival. I agreed to that and proceeded to wait 6 hours for their phone call. The call never came, and neither did the technician. I called the office again at about 3pm that same day and left a message on the answering machine. My call was never returned. I do not recommend this company because in my case, they proved to be unreliable and undependable. They did not even have the decency of returning my call.
