***** and ******************* are not to be trusted. ***** and his Dad (*****) installed a patio cover at my home at the end of summer 2020. After the first rain it leaked in two places and still leaks in both places. I tried to work with them for over a year to have repaired. ***** and Ash refused to accept my phone calls. I have never been rude or disrespectful like they have treated me. A retired disabled veteran! I've sent two certified letters to the their business address at 3019Keller ***************, **********, ** and have attempted to serve them with papers to settle this in court. Thus far, no response from them. They are pretending to not exist. I highly recommend you use another vendor for whatever project you are considering they complete. I will continue to seek a legal judgement against them. Yes, I kept all the text messages and phone calls for record. And, they know that.Review from Micahel R

Archie's Backyard Retreat is not a trustworthy company. I had sales man come out by the name of ******* on 1/27/22 provide a quote and i have a copy of invoice for services to be rendered on out door structure. Which i paid ******** half of the cost up front at this time. We Agreed on structure as well as time frame and agreed on a date for the work to be completed. ******* communicated that it was a 1 day job and he and his team would personally do the job on Feb 7th. Also, I have been trying to reach out to ******** since Feb 8th with no response. I have left over 4 messages on different days with no response of the last 10 days. I actually called early this morning and now the voice mail is full and it just hangs up on you so there is no way to contact them.Please assist in resolving this issue, we do not want businesses in our community taken advantage of any homeowners and not doing ethical work. If this has happened once, I would imagine there are others out there experiencing the same issue, unfortunately.Review from Codey P
