Refund & Exchange Policy: 
SCBN will issue a refund of your application fee and initial monthly payment should you decide to cancel within three (3) business days of your initial draft as a member of SCBN. You will receive a refund of your initial monthly payment should you decide to cancel within the first 30 days and return your New Membership Kit, which contains SCBN’s proprietary customized forms and documents for your application. Should you at some point become ineligible for prescription medication programs you may cancel your membership by providing some proof of you ineligibility such as a copy of your insurance card, award letter of change in circumstances.  Cancellations after 30 days must be in writing and are effective from the date of receipt.
