I ordered a desk costing thousands of dollars and it was delayed over and over and over again and then 6 months later they finally tried to deliver it when I wasn't home and then charge me another $1k to have it re-shipped when I was available. Completely absurd customer support. Really seems like this business is a scam my experience has been so unthinkably bad.

It should be zero stars. This company is a fraud! ******* should be in jail! I submitted a 3,000 work compliant to the BBB, fraud with VISA and got an attorney to go after this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They ship defective products; the parts do not line up (two separate times!) and my bamboo top looked like someone shot hockey pucks at it before the shipped. This was a $4,000 desk and I had better experiences with Ikea. Then once you send them videos and pics to show nothing works, ******* will take 1-2 weeks per email to get back to you. And then in the end they tell you to pay for shipping back to them and to read their policies. Pretty sure your policies assume the products work you schmucks. ******* will be in jail in a few years and this company will be out of business in a few years. BUYER BEWARE! If the BBB is looking into their practices based on all the complaints and VISA said the same thing.

I agree with others that it is a shame that you cannot give Zero stars. I purchased the monitor arm accessory because I have a desk from them. After several weeks of use, it constantly tilts my monitor in the downward position even though my monitor is well below their supported weight limit. I wrote to them because the monitor arm has a 1 year warranty. The email response said that I am responsible for the return shipping charges and they have the right to deny my warranty claim. Essentially they are expecting me to cough up more money on top of the $200 monitor arm to ship it back and then "determine" if it is covered under warranty. What type of customer service response is that where they don't inspire confidence or a willingness to help their own customers? Baffling way to run a business.

Its a shame that it cant be a ZERO! Their customer service is the absolute worst. Spoke to several folks at the company over a three week period to try and resolve my broken desk problem. I have owned it for less than a year and have to encourage everyone out there not to waste their money or time with this company. There are so many other competitors to choose from. I now have a worthless piece of junk that is stuck in the lowest position and it cant be used. I spent almost $1500 with the accessories to get it. I have tried repeatedly to speak with an owner or manager and its impossible. They continue to tell me their service is overwhelmed and the one ************* said he has 250 calls to return. What kind of business is this? Sounds like a company who steals money and doesnt care one bit about any of their customers. I am embarrassed I did not see any of these reviews before I made my purchase and unfortunately it seems as though a lot of us were taken by these crooks. The BBB has to put an end to this company ripping us off1

This company delivered an $8,000 desk to my office. It didn't work upon arrival. We followed up weekly. They didn't answer email/phone. They didn't follow up. Then after 30 days they let us know we couldn't get a refund for the inoperable stand/sit desk because we were outside of our 30 day window even though we started the refund case the day it arrived.

What a shame. Very good products, albeit expensive, but the worst customer service you can imagine! I ordered a shelf and filing cabinet. It was supposed to be ready by May 4. It supposedly was. But it is May 27 and still not delivered. I can't get any help from Xdesk. They keep saying someone will call and they do not. They had all of my money in April - still no desk. I had similar issues when I ordered their desk. Stupid me for going back to this company! Run far away from them!

Turns out that my basic desktop choice is actually made of "partical board" as Megan relayed to me today. Even though my 30x84 desktop cost me $349.00 because of its size. I called to complain about screws falling out of my desktop, and was told that I voided my desktop warranty by screwing into it. I'm a professional, and I purchased your "professional" desk, expecting a professional quality product. When I selected your "Renew Recycled Wood" when I checked out, I expected something along the line of plywood. If I would have know that particle board was involved, I would have paid more for actual "real wood".If my desktop was recycled wood like plywood I would have never called about a problem, because that would have at least been able to hold a screw. So in a single day I go from a new excited new customer, setting my desk up the way I need it for my business.. To a disgruntled customer who will be sure to share my poor experience with everyone who asks where I got it. Good job customer service. You got me. Never bought particle board before, now I know why. K. W*****
