They are not honoring the 15 year warranty after around 2 years. I've had the desk working and used it daily, but randomly a s**** fell out on 9/06 in the morning. I tried to replace it right away and found it would fall out and not catch on the threaded hole, the wood was stripped. I contacted customer support and was told it was covered under warranty and they would reach out soon. On 9/10 I received a series of e-mails telling me I used the wrong screws. I only used the screws provided and the ones mentioned in the instruction booklet. I was told the screws I used didn't look like they would fit and was asked to remove another to prove it, even after doing so I was only offered the ability to buy the correct screws for $25. After a few hours this was changed to a free one time exception. However, I've made it clear to the support that the wood is stripped and other screws of the correct size no longer fit, so this "solution" does absolutely nothing. I even bought the screws they wanted on my lunch break and it still does not stay in the hole, again because the wood is stripped. It's awful to sell such an expensive item and promise a nice warranty, but then not honor that warranty at all. I now have to fix it myself or replace it after around 2 years, definitely not what I envisioned when I splurged on this desk and a 15 year warranty.Review from Steven W

I rarely buy furniture. But I'm so glad I decided to treat myself to an Uplift Desk. It's totally refreshed my office work. When I get tired of sitting at the computer, I click the button and now I'm standing. When I'm tired of standing, I click the button and now I'm sitting. Of course it's great to step away from your work altogether and take a walk. But one can't always do this. The Uplift Desk gives me total comfort WHILE slugging through my work!But it's not just a good product, it's a good company. I had a great experience working with ********** Should you decide to buy an Uplift Desk, call and ask for ***. This guy is outstanding and very helpful in walking you through the process - getting the set up that is ideal for you. And he goes out of his way to get you a good deal. A year after buying one for me, my wife wanted one. Of course I went back to *** and he did it again: we got an ideal product (with all the bells and whistles) for a very fair price. At both times, *** beat the "running offer" of the web site. And at both times he threw in extra merchandise. He's also just a cool guy who errors in the customer's favor. For example the shipping department sent me the wrong lamp. When I emailed him, he got back and told me the correct lamp is being rushed out AND that I could keep the other lamp for free! This far I am enjoying my product, we have had it for a few weeks and will note that the complimentary products are a great buy, I love the mat and board.Though, the best part of the experience was my customer service **** ****************** She provided excellent guidance on my selections and communicated in a manner that reflects top quality products. I cannot say enough about Uplift Desk. I had ordered a desk last July (2021). All the materials shipped and arrived in a timely fashion; with the sole exception of the Pheasant-wood Desk Top.After 3 email delay notifications, August, to September, to October; and my questioning the delays, My sales Rep *************** reached out and assured me theyre watching, however the issue was out of their control. Understanding the global supply chain issues; I was frustrated but could not really argue with him.In November; getting two more delay notices; I had a desk I could not use; as I had no top.He suggested I buy another standard top, and when my ordered top came in, I could return the temporary top.I agreed. Late in January 2022, more delay notices. *********** refunded my temporary desk top cost. I was quite appreciative.Continued shipping delay notices. I could not fully assemble my desk as I knew I was taking it apart to install the permanent top, if it ever came in.Lo-and behold; my Pheasant-wood top came in September 2022. A year and 3 months later.*** offered an additional discount and provided customer service second to *************************** Desk and *************** showed what CUSTOMER VALUE is. He and they focused on customer satisfaction and I cant say enough about this company.Love my desk; waiting on two cabinets that I ordered with their additional discount. They are not on back order.The ease of using this desk with its raising capabilities, its size, its ease of movement? I bought a much wanted and expensive desk from Uplift Desk after a basement flood. The contractors did not start the project so I called to cancel the order. They were quite accommodating and pleasant on the phone. I explained that the desk is quite large and I did not want it being destroyed during the remodel. They said not to worry to let them know when it was good to ship it and I said I would let them know once I heard from the contractor. Without any communication-telephone or email I get an e-mail into my spam box afterhours that the desk was shipped. I left VM that night to stop the shipment and called at 7am the next day. I am disabled and can't pick up the boxes that were delivered. I contacted the company that was supposed to assemble the desk and remove the boxes (15) and explained that the desk was not to have been shipped. There is no warning on the original order about a 20%restocking fee and this was not mentioned when I placed the order. Given that I tried to cancel the order before it was ever packaged let alone shipped-The 20% is over the top and their manager and customer services will not return my e-mails or calls. Just poor service. I get things are tough during Covid but this was excessive.Review from Fernando A

Sometimes I compulsively buy things. Some of those times fill me with a severe sense of buyers remorse or regret. Not this time. I cannot express how much I love this desk. The accessories are neat, fun, oh and free if you catch them on sale. And the customer service team, *chefs kiss. Shout out to ********** I had a small issue with the free balance board. Got in touch with him very quickly with a very fast resolution. The sheer quality yet ease of this experience was fantastic. Both the construction of the desk and issue resolution. And if you're afraid or on the fence, they give you a chance to try it out and have people like *** to help you through any issues. Not to mention how easy they made shipping to **********. I was interested in ordering a desk for my wife. I spoke with Ms ***** from customer service and she seemed genuinely interested in getting the right desk for our situation. We had several communications, I decided on a desk and she confirmed the order. Shipping was prompt. Ill be assembling the desk this weekend. I ordered a desk and the Acacia Butcher Block was cracked. I sent an email to Uplift desk. With in 4 hours ***** Zvera from Uplift desk offered to make it right. ***** sent out a replacement Acacia Butcher Block it was perfect. The customer service from ***** and ********************** desk was Awesome! It's nice to see companies that value there customers. This is a quality product and worth the money.Review from Nels N

Phenomenal customer service!I received a damaged desktop and they resolved it by replacing it with a new one hassle free. They even offered to compensate me with other goodies!
