I have an invoice receipt dated 2 Jan ****. No one will return my calls, answer emails regarding my ordered products. They also took my money. And, every contact Info they have online when you email them comes back as Mail- ***** cant find address. Well I certainly didnt expect this from **** Jones. What a Scam!!!Review from Shawn M

Cannot reach anyone in customer service by phone (just a recording runaround) and they don't respond to emails either. There is no place to leave a review on the infowars store site. I really can't believe how they could get away with treating customers like this. The only time I was able to speak with someone is to press "1" to place an order but then they only tell you that that they will pass your order issue to customer service and of course you never hear anything after that. Placing an order with infowars was big mistake that I will not make again. My only recourse will be to let my bank card company know of it and they will investigate as fraud. I feel like having to check a star is too generous for them but I have to check it at least one to submit review.Review from David S

Called and E-mailed Alex ******************** Infowars Staff for over a month every few Days. Infowars Mailed a Package that was Internally Opened and **************** Ignores me and Blocked my Emails. I have to Call order line to speak to anyone. And Still Unable to get Business help. Supported Infowars since 2013. Alex ******************** has Incompetent Fraudulent Staff that He Ignores.Infowars Response

Have been using their products for years. Always have great service and quality products. The only issues I have ever had has been with the **** continued delays with getting me the products. **** is really going downhill fast with their crappy service. The **** local location has had my package held hostage for the last two weeks. Infowars store has held up their end......wish the post office would up their game.Infowars Response

I ordered vitamin mineral fusion and it was on recurring subscription. I emailed twice and called twice to cancel and no one gets back to me. They've charged me and there is no way to cancel. This is not how she business should be run. I have the right to cancel my transaction and they've made it impossible for me to do so.Infowars Response

Ordered dna force on December 1 2021 on sale. Was charged twice when this should of not happened. I called customer service left a message and emailed three different emails. Have not gotten a response or my money back. Will file a dispute with the bank. Have not gotten the conformation email. If you order from Infowars store please use a prepaid debit card, that way you will not be charged twice.Infowars Response

*****, I see one of our reps did in fact respond to one of your emails sent. She provided you with screenshots to show you were actually declined on the first attempt and charges on the second. Your bank will release those funds back to you within 7 days. This time frame depends on your bank.Review from R Peter P
