I just bought a new outlander 2024 sel. When I drove off the lot the ac died 3 times. Took the new vehicle back to service they took over a week to get it fixed. When I was told the vehicle was fixed, I went to pick it up and when driving off the lot it happened again. I told the sales team at the dealer that I don't feel safe driving it off the lot it. The vehicle is not even a month old, and they already need to swap wire harness or switch out the ac based on what they told at the dealership. I asked them if I could swap it out for a new vehicle since it's not even a month old, they said they can't do it. The reason why i got a new vehicle is that we don't have these types of problems already.Review from Scott T

Once the used car was paid for the hand shaking, smiles and promises were gone. ***** the sales person told me to bring the car in after a couple of days, it had a horrible shake. Shocking the new car service manager said he didn't feel a thing. As it turns out, the car had two broken motor mounts but yet Elo the service manager said he didn't feel a thing. If a service manager can't feel broken motor mounts either he was just blowing me off or needs a different occupation. The only redeeming thing about the experience was *****. He took his time and found the issue and took care of it with the utmost professionalism. The salesman promised at the point of sale to get a new antenna to replace the broken one. After three reminders and the car there for almost two weeks, still no antenna. He also promised a deep cleaning of the interior, it was vacuumed at the very best. Spent $200 to have it done and turned out beautifully. Even took the ink stain left on seat by *****. New or used, look elsewhere. I would have taken a $1,000 dollar loss just have them take it back.Review from Manuel S.

Bad business when I was getting my car had someone really talk crazy to me saying the gave no **** the car salesman illegally got insurance at a lower rated using false information. I then lost my insurance coverage of course cause it was fraud. And was threatened with being charged with fraud I went to the business and spoke to manager and he was no help of course. Cause he was the one that said the sales men would do it for me. Get me a low rate on insurance cause it was already over budget on my monthly expenses. In all I was pressured to a purchase it was my first one they threatened if I went to another location I would have more higher interest rates cause they pull my credit. I have totally regretted getting this car. The manager should be fired . And the Financial manger as well he took me to a room and shouted at me and left me in an office saying he would get no one to help me.Review from Larry E

Went into mission on Saturday august 13th to look at a used Range Rover they had online. We get there and speak with a rep and she says she is going to get the keys so we can look at it. 10 minutes go by and a manager comes out with her and he informs us that the owners daughter has the car and she wont bring it back until Monday. They take our information down and set an appointment for Monday to come look at it. Monday comes and we head over that way calling before we leave. The receptionist let us know that the sales rep has already left but anyone could help us and to come on in. I asked specifically if the car was still there and she said yes and to come on in and anyone would be ready to help. We drive 30 min to get there speak to a rep and again let me go and get the keys. SAME MANAGER COMES OUT AND SAYS THE *** HAS BEEN SOLD AS OF 2PM TODAY. IF THAT WAS THE **** THEN WHY WOULDNT YOU CALL ME!!! I was there on Saturday to purchase the vehicle but because of the owners daughter we couldnt. Wasted my time and gas and didnt even get an apology for our troubles. Worst company Ive ever dealt with! By far the worst customer service.
