I went to Northside Honda to test drive a 2022 Honda Pilot that was priced online for ******. As I explained to him what I could afford for a monthly payment, his sales manager approached me & said he would get me the price I was comfortable with. He came back & told me because I had a good credit score, He would knock off $2000 from price of vehicle. I agreed & once I was sitting with financial specialist, the price ballooned way over budget with all these hidden fees and No Discounts were visible on invoice. Although I signed agreement, I was not totally satisfied. I did not take vehicle home. On Friday 8-23-24 received call from Sales manager to address my concerns. After he explained all the costs involved I accepted & had them deliver vehicle. This was a used car yet it was full of dog hair in the rear seats & seat belt connector had dog bites that were not in plain site. Connector was tucked under seat so that it wasnt visible. Also windshield had a chip. When I called to complain. I never received a call till Monday 25th of August. This by far has been the worst experience Ive ever had in purchasing a vehicle. As time went on, I received a letter from one of the lenders that offered me a loan for ******. I have excellent credit so they went with the ************ that offered me the highest amount for $40,995.07 @ 7.9% from an out of town credit union. I had to search myself to get a better rate than what they gave me. Its obvious Im not the only one who had issues with this dealership. Their staff, receptionist are rude & I will never deal with them again. One more thing to add, the salesman who sold me vehicle made an inappropriate comment about newly enlisted military personnel being really Stupid which I found offensive. Im seriously considering legal advice as to what I can go on my end. I would not go any further if they would have made this right but I can tell they get away with treating customers as stupid people.
