      Same old song and dance at Team Chevrolet. Advertise one price online to get you in the door, then sales manager (*********************) hits you with another price when you get there. Buyers beware.

      Unethical and complete lack of integrity of Service Managers on down. Actually, from very top on down to allow their Service Managers and those that work under them to operate the way that they do. My vehicle is almost a year old and they said that Chevrolet recommends that the brake fluid be serviced each year. Not the case, especially when the brake fluid does not circulate anywhere! I did not go in for brake service....went in for oil change, and, as they saw a female walk in, they sold me on the brake fluid service that my vehicle is "supposed" to have. In reviewing my manual, unfortunately after the fact, no where did it read that I am to have scheduled brake fluid service. Now, if I was having brake problems, that's another thing, but I wasn't have brake problems. Spoke to other reputable mechanics who stated the same, that I did not have to have my brake fluid changed/serviced! $10.69 brake fluid with a $179.04 charge! Crooks!! Complete crooks! I even spoke to *********************** who stated at first that he didn't want to lose my business and would issue me a refund. That refund didn't come. Called back the next day and asked for ***...*** then answered and I told him who I was and that I haven't received my refund, then he pawned me off to ***************************** who completely cut me off every time I tried to talk. He asked me what the issue was and I asked, didn't *** tell you? He transferred me to you so didn't he tell you? I reiterated my issue and from the go he had already made up his mind saying he would not issue me the refund and that he was the Service Director and "he" made the calls and was not going to issue me the refund. He didn't even listen to what I had to say or even that *** had already stated he would issue the refund. So, I called back again, asked for *** again, he said he'd call me back and I said I'd be waiting for his call back. He called back about 10 minutes later and said that he was going to have to agree with ****** and not issue me the refund and then he hung up on me. Just the way they handled EVERY SINGLE THING was ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL and showed a whole LACK OF INTEGRITY. I will not E V E R go back to "Team Chevrolet" Crooks and will definitely take my business elsewhere! I recommend you do the same. Save your money and save your frustration....these people DO NOT deserve your business!!
