OWNER IS A *****!! Stole $200 for a small move. The owner ***** assured me the move wpuld happen and i put the $200 down for deposit for a $400 move quote. He didnt answer my calls or texts and never returned my phone call. The business isnt even registered in the ***** secretary of state either.

REALLY *****!!!! Bad on me, I didn't check this guy and his company out before booking him for a move from ***** to Georgia. I had only seen him move some furniture from my house to a friend's house and was impressed with the care he put forth in protecting the furniture. He changed the moving date we had set by 3 days earlier and did not tell me. Only by calling him with a question did I find out he had changed the agenda and I had to change all kinds of arrangements for the move. The earlier move also left me in my house with no furniture, food, appliances, tv's or anything except a couch that I was giving to a friend. So I spent the night in the house with no furniture, towels, etc.....absolutely nothing. I had paid a deposit to this guy and before he left he insisted on getting the remainder of the payment and I complied, trusting him without really any reason. He and his "crew" (his 2 kids and wife) packed a moving van, which he had under-calculated the size he needed, which left me having to rent a larger ****** than I was going to. When I got to ** and saw my furniture, it was, ** EXAGGERATION, scratched, dented and beat up....ALL of it. Some was ruined beyond repair. One large armoir was twisted with hinges being bent, as well as scratched up. My bed headboard has a huge ***** in it. They put all of my cleaning products of all kinds in a huge plastic tub I had and threw a bunch of other things like a toaster, a coffee maker, things that didn't belong with cleaning products and more than one of the cleaning products was gouged and broke and leaked oozing dish soap all in the box, which got all over my appliances, which had to be replaced. These are just a few examples of this ******** mover, very smooth, good salesman and said all of the right things, but the result and the truth is....he is just terrible, not careful and not caring. I tried calling him 3 times and he has never returned my calls. I wanted to make a claim to have my furniture either repaired or a settlement for the damages. He had assured me he had insurance, which I just believed without getting proof. Overall, I was ****, and he was and is dishonest. I felt the need to let others know before making the same mistake. I'd leave a negative rating if I could.
