              This company is shady, please stay away from their scam. They do video onboarding where a video is played, it doesn't teach you anything and by default their lead price setup $500-$1000 Per lead . Randomly they make 2 people call you at midnight out of nowhere and deduct $1000- $2000 from your account. After that when you try to complaint or ask for money refund, their is no customer ********************** number ( STRANGE) they give you email address where no one respond. Then after a week or two billing department send you generic message "Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I have connected with management and at this time we will not be able to issue a refund for any of the leads generated from your Campaign. Your Service Direct Account is now deactivated. Please note that you still have access to your mySD Account, including all Lead and Billing information."SERVICE DIRECT IS SCAM, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

              Service Direct bill's for call with no one on the other line, places fault on other parties. They employ ethical billing practices and attempt to ***** small business in shady and scrupulous ways.
