SpeedTech Lights, Inc. Limited Warranty
SpeedTechLights issues a five year warranty on LEDs, Power Supplies & STLSwitch Boxes for all mini and full 18"+ LED light bars.
SpeedTechLights issues a three year warranty on LEDs, Power Supplies & STLSwitch Boxes for all other items, except those found under "ReplacementParts","Outlet Store", "Flashlights", strobe bulbs, cigarette lighterplugs, halogen bulbs and universal switch boxes.
SpeedTech Lights issues a one year warranty on "Flashlights" and "Switch Boxes".
Replacement Parts are a Final Sale; however, SpeedTech Lights will issue a 30 day warranty on replacement parts.
OutletStore containing “Reconditioned Products” and “Clearance Products” are aFinal Sale; however, SpeedTech Lights will issue a 30 day warranty onReconditioned Products and Clearance Products.
No Warranty is included on any and all FREE/Giveaway items/products.
LimitedWarranty: SpeedTech Lights warrants to the original retail purchaserthat the "Product Name" will be free from manufacture defects for aperiod of one (1) years, three (3) years, or five (5) years, or ninety(90) days, or thirty (30) days from the date of your original purchase(the "Warranty Period"),subject to specific exclusions set below.
EXCEPTFOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SPEEDTECH LIGHTS HAS PROVIDED HEREIN,YOU TAKE THE PRODUCT AND ANY ACCESSORIES “AS IS”. SPEEDTECH LIGHTS MAKESNO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION CONCERNING THE PRODUCT, ANDEXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS ORIMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDINGBUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IfSpeedTech Lights cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warrantiesunder applicable law, then to the maximum extent possible the durationof such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warrantyperiod.
This warranty is between the original purchaser only andSpeedTech Lights. This warranty is extended to the original purchaserprovided the product is installed and operated in accordance withManufacturer (SpeedTech Lights) Recommendations. All items must have theoriginal serial number in order for the item to be repaired orreplaced. Removal of Serial Number will void warranty as stated on SNlabel. Shipping costs to SpeedTech Lights will be borne by the customer.Return shipping will be prepaid by SpeedTech Lights via USPS Priorityor UPS Ground for Manufature Defects Only. Customer is responsible forthe condition in which the item is received; proper care and packagingis necessary to prevent damages in shipping. Insurance is highlyrecommended.
This warranty is voided by defects resulting fromabuse, misuse, excess voltage, inadequate wiring, or improperinstillation. Accurate installation of SpeedTech Lights productsrequires the installer to have a good understanding of automotiveelectronics, procedures, and systems. Evidence of disassembly,tampering, or broken products will not be covered under warranty.Merchandise is subject to inspection by SpeedTech Lights for repair orrefurbished replacement and must be accompanied by the original SalesReceipt.
SpeedTech Lights is not liable for any coincidental orincidental damages or injury caused by the product and/or inadequate orinappropriate installation or wiring, to any persons or vehicles.SpeedTech Lights is not liable for any removal and/or reinstallationcosts of products for warranty, service, return, or repair.
SpeedTech Lights is not responsible for unclaimed warranty items past 30 days of delivery to SpeedTech Lights.

7 Day Return/Exchanges Policy
SpeedTechLights must be notified of any returns for refund or exchange withinseven days of receipt of merchandise. Returns for a refund must be postmarked as shipped no later than the seventh day of delivery for arefund. If the return is shipped after the seventh day it will beeligible for store credit only. All return merchandise must beauthorized by a SpeedTech Lights representative. No returned merchandisewill be accepted without a Return/Exchange form and Return MerchandiseAuthorization number. Returns with the request of a refund must be inthe original condition or will be subject to a restocking fee and/orservice fee for the repair of products made defective by the customer inany way. Return shipments must be in the original packaging, withsufficient wrapping, in order to avoid damage to the unit. Failure to doso may result in a restocking fee, avoiding of warranty, and/or anadditional charge for the damage repair. Shipping costs of all returnedmerchandise to SpeedTech Lights will be borne by the customer, includingreturn shipping on exchanges. If an STL Discounted/Free Shipping Couponis used for purchase in a returned order, than shipping charges will bededucted from the refund amount of that product/order. We highlyrecommend that our customers insure all return merchandise. All returnsmust be packaged securely to avoid damages and potential fees. Customeris responsible for the condition in which the item is received.
Allrefunds for products within the seven day return policy will bereturned to the credit card used for the original purchase, and NOrefunds will be issued on shipping, customization costs, or replacementparts. Refunds are issued within 5 - 10 business days from the date ofarrival of your return. Your refund will appear back on your card within3 – 4 business days depending on your financial institution.
Beyond 7 Day Return Policy
Allreturns exceeding the seven day return policy are subject to storecredit, only with the approval of a supervisor and issuance of an RMAnumber. No dealer, distributor, employee, or individual of the companyis authorized to change this return/exchange policy or the conditions ofthe SpeedTech Lights warranty.
Cancellations
Allorder cancellations must be done via phone through Customer Service at1-800-757-2581 during business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PMcentral time in order to prevent shipment on such orders. Failure to doso will result in shipping charges. Customized orders will not berefunded customization costs.
Price Adjustment
Anyorders placed within seven days of initiation of a Sale, may receivethe price difference in store credit. In order to receive store credit,the customer must call SpeedTech Lights within 7 days of originalpurchase.
Clearance/Refurbished Products and Replacement Parts
AllReplacement Parts are a Final Sale, sold "As is" with a 30 day warrantyon parts. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

Havis® Return Policy
Havis®offers the Customer the opportunity to return items for credit orreplacement within the first (30) days from the date of shipment fromHavis. If the box has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% will bededucted from the credit amount. Any request made for the return of anitem outside of the (30) day window will not be accepted. If the returnis valued to be under $50, the return will not be authorized.
Whenreturning items, please ensure the equipment is packaged appropriately(as it was received) to ensure full credit is issued. All items beingreturned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected atthe discretion of the inspector.
Docking stations that arereturned and have been determined to have been installed will notreceive credit. Should a return be rejected by the inspector, thereseller will have (30) days to determine course of action. If no replyfrom the reseller is received within (30) days, items will be disposedof accordingly and no credit will be given.
