If I could give 0 starts I would. Very unprofessional place don't go here or waist time and money. I took my nuggets earrings to repair the back, I took the stem that fell off with it. I come back to pick it up the swapped me out for a FAKE earring ! My earring came back with a HOLE in the nugget. The back was turning GREEN ! then I call and ********** says most new earrings come like that. What kind of BS !! I just needed a repair for the back and I had took the stem that fell off. Then gave me a FAKE earring like I would notice. How unprofessional place and very rude.

Don't deserve review. I'm handicap & can barely walk. It takes me 10 - 15 min to get in & out of my SUV. I told the owner that I was on my lunch & told him I hardly saw it, never touched it, I didn't like it & that she forced it on me when I purchased it. I also told her that I was on lunch & didn't have time. She said that I could change it later if I don't want it. She called last night & said that if I was coming for it or did, I want to get something else. I told yes that I would like to get something else then she said I would have to pay 10% transfer fee & that I would not have any money because of the restocking fee also. I said no & I will be there tomorrow. There were family members in there & two customers. Owner helps me instead of the lady that I purchased from. I told him that I decided that I just want my money back instead & whatever is left from this suppose restocking fee. He said Well let's talk about it. I said no I only have 30 mins for lunch. He tells me You have all the time in the world. I said no. I'm handicap as u can see & only have 30 mins left to eat & get home. Again, reply there is plenty of time you see I came from ******. I told him a little louder I am sorry but I'm on my ********* want my money. He said you don't have to tell me like that but louder. He said I harassed him because I yelled at him. Then he told me that I better hurry up & get out of his store. I told him you're harassing me because you are ******* me out, he said yes & I'm calling the cops too. I told him that he is the one because he was pushing me out when I was walking out already. He kept on telling me I'm calling. I told him Well here is my name, address, phone **************** licenses. Oh, & by the way tell them I will wait for them out here. So, I waited for 30 min no one showed. I got home ate reported to work & told *********** told me to call the non-emergency. I called & made a report. I talked to ****** 11-2-2022 at 1:40 pm. She told me go to BBB.
