Lost another customer. I ordered wine case for 3 months starting at Christmas, did not arrive. I contacted customer service and got lots of I am sorry but they did not know where the shipment was and had no clue what happened. They said wait another week and it should be there. It was not. I called back and got more I am sorries but still did not know where my shipment was. I sent emails requesting shipping information and when it woul arrive. This was getting embarassing! I was billed for the shipment on December 13th then on January 10th they tried to bill my credit card for the next shipment when they had not sent the first. I called and got more I am sorries no we will reorder and give you a discount ....not compensation what so ever. I have used this company before and been told their products are good but their service is unacceptable ...I tried to send a really nice gift to my daughter and ********* for Christmas. They were notified it was coming and never did.Review from Lauren G

I love this concept and the company. I ordered my 1st gift in 2016, which was monthly wine. It was delivered on time, to a house with no one there to sign for it. Every month without fail, the wine arrived on time and in perfect condition. I just ordered a 3rd time in October 2023. I can't wait for my niece to get it. I sent her seasonal dessert. Awful customer service. I will NEVER use them again. Sent a dessert of the month club to my mom. I understand them not shipping in August but the driver said it was delivered, no picture of the box and no delivery. Not even a picture of the front door. Now she has to wait another month because they wont send it out. They screwed up and I cant get a supervisor to call me back. FIND ANOTHER GIFT PLACE. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!Review from James P

Very frustrating experience. Twice *** returned to sender (adult signature needed) even though I paid $8 to have package delivered to a *** center for pickup. Amazing Clubs wont redeliver so Im out what I paid for club - an NOT so amazing company.Review from Elaine H

Every month the pie or cake was changed at the last moment. I thought Id cancelled the pie for *** but am being told I did not. So Im stuck with a pie no one will eat: a $60 7 in pie wasted. This company is cheap and uses poor quality ingredients when baking their pies and cakes. It turns out that most of the pies are just a lot of sugar and no fruit. False advertising for an overpriced product.Review from Neil M.

They do not offer any refund. The delivery has to be signed by an adult and if no one is available the beer goes back to them and they do not offer a refund. We only received 2 deliveries out of 6 so far and I want to cancel the remaining shipments....but not able toReview from Sarah S

We were gifted a beer of the month club with 4 shipments per year. Every shipment had problems, with the beer arriving exploded, late, or not at all. By the 3rd shipment, we phoned to try to resolve the issue when it was unilaterally returned to sender without an attempted delivery by the shipping company. Amazing Clubs disconnected our calls multiple times due to technical issues with their phone service, and then said that they would no longer do business with us and hung up on us. So far they have not refunded the gift purchaser for the 2 unsent shipments, and are refusing to take our calls. Stay away from these thieving scamsters.Review from BRENDA O

My daughter gave us a membership in Amazing Clubs for a Dessert each month. I got a 6" bundt cake for $46.95. Unbelievable, nothing special, tiny. I could buy a box mix at the grocery for for $2 and whip this up in 10 minutes.Review from WAYNE L
