      I have been with them since **** and have always manage my domains with them, no support whatsoever....you call and its an answering machine, I left several messages without response. They claim the have online support, and it says that they are online... an have never gone thru but once. I ordered a SSL cert that has been pending for a month now.Email support without no answer. I am done, and moving my domains to another registrar that cares.

      We apologize for the issue. We are using a 3rd party support system which has been giving us some issues for support. It appears many of the emails are not coming through. Our chat is open all day and if you leave a chat you should get some type of ticket number and an automated email. If you have the number and you don't mind providing it,  we would appreciate a copy of it so we can use it to track down any other issues we might be having.

      I have been using *** for a very long time, 20 years at least. I've had up to 50 domains and certs at one point. Starting in late 2023, I've noticed a very large decline in service. For a month or so, the *** website was intermittently down not allowing me to make needed Domain/DNS changes. When I sent their support email address a request for help on an SSL that I paid for but have not yet received (its been 2 months since I paid), the email bounces back days later with a "could not deliver" message. I was able to open a ticket in their online ticket system but I have yet to see any movement. I tried calling and left several voicemail, again, nothing from ***. Its to the point that I do not believe ****** in business anymore yet they still take money for SSL certs. As of now, I'm migrating my domains to a different registrar. If I could rate them zero stars, I would have but this page doesn't let me.

      I have been with GKG.NET for around 20 years.About 3 years or so ago their support got really bad.I had to transfer all my domains (around 50 or so) away from them over the years and always because of terrible service or response.Sometimes it's great but usually, it's terrible as of the past few years.Recently I have been trying to transfer a .US domain away from them and the "Registrar failed to respond" prevents it from going thru.They repeatedly say it's GoDaddy's fault but they are the only ones that can help me. They may be going thru GoDaddy somehow but we bought and paid GKG for the service so fail to see how it's anyone's fault or job except theirs to assist us. They refuse to assist us or even respond in most cases.GoDaddy is extremely responsive and helpful but cannot deal with us as we are not their customers.Avoid them at all costs.
