Happy with the service. The shipper was fantastic and Id highly recommend her to anyone. I was a little out off, and this could be me not reading the fine print, but the agreed upon price with the shipper doesnt include the service fee with Citizen Shipper. The service fee was $140 on top of the agreed price. If I could take half a star I would but not a full star.

My driver requested a deposit, which I paid. He never showed up. CitizenShipper was only willing to refund the $170 fee they charged me and would not take responsibility for the drivers actions or refundvthe moneybzi paid him. They even deleted all of the conversation with the driver regarding the transaction on their platform. I can not even access it to dispute the charges on my credit card. It was my understanding that the reason CitizenShipper ships charges such high fees for their service is because the drivers are background ******************. When I asked the representative at the company why he wasn't background checked she responded that they don't check them prior to the first listing. Bottom line...they promised background checks and protection, but when I needed them they were not willing to help and even deleted any chance I have to dispute my case with the credit card company. I wish I knew a lawyer right about now. I hope they get a class action suit filed for pulling this fraud.
