We've been with Juany's Cleaning Service for fourteen years. I'm surprised when I read the negative reviews. There's a reason I've stayed loyal to this company. They show up on time or early, have the best prices in the area, do a great job cleaning, and the girls are fast and efficient at what they do. Once in a blue moon, they might miss something, but the owner is quick to send them right back out to fix anything. The girls are so nice too. If there's anything you're not happy with and you can point it out while they are there, they will fix it immediately and with a smile. I also love the new payment system. Satisfied customer, here!

made the mistake of using Juany Cleaning Service after a condo remodel. If I could give a negative star review, I would!The entire condo had been redone - the appliances are brand new, new floors, fresh paint, new toilets, new shower, new countertops, baseboards, vanities and cabinets, etc. We asked Juany Cleaning to come clean the floors, wipe down the countertops and do the windows to remove construction dust after the construction crew wrapped up and cleaned up. They quoted 65/hourThis is a **** sq ft place so shouldve taken less than an hour topsand like I stated, EVERYTHING is new so it just requires a cleanimg of the floors, wiping countertops and cleaning windows to make it ready to show. First, the incompetence was stunningly incredible. They had my realtor listed as the client so they called the realtor for payment (and then blamed me for not calling them back) even though I had actually called them the next morning after they came to clean because it was left like they never even showed up (and I ended up having to clean it myself). I left a voicemail and didnt hear back until the following Tuesday, where they demanded a ****** payment, without even discussing my concerns with their lack of cleaning. So I called back AGAIN to discuss. In a 10 minute call, ***** cut me off repeatedly, threatened to put a lien on the condo if I didnt pay by 5 pm that day, and accused me of not calling them back to remit payment (complete untrue). And she had the audacity to accuse me of being rude snd yelling at her. Also not true. This office manager, *****, finally admitted it was their staff that didnt relay my voicemail to them after a very rude, unprofessional, accusatory and threatening phone call to me. Save yourself money and a headache and find another cleaning service!
