We purchased a Brohn home in 2022. During our walk through the warranty department representative was extremely rude and combative. We were told only repairs noted on that day would be corrected but we're actively discouraged from requesting repairs because they "couldn't guarantee they would be fixed to our satisfaction." Almost a year on they refused certain repairs. The materials used for the home are extremely cheap as well.

We bought a Brohn new build in 2022 and our cabinets are already falling apart and it hasn't even been a year! They will not replace them or try to help fix the cabinets because it's after the closing cost. We noticed when we moved in that the work was cheap and not well built. My cousin lives next door and she has had similar problems. **********************!

Absolutely the worst builder around stay far, far away. Our home is falling apart, missing trim pieces that we now just noticed, a drive way that is completely sheering. Mention that you want them to fix it, they become giant babies and dont return calls. They are the absolute worst and I hope they get sued out of business. Stay far far far away from this shady builder.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Signed a contract to build on 12/31/2020 for $281k for Oaks at San Gabriel. 1/1/2021 the price went up to $301K (good for me). A month later met with the design center and had $40k in upgrades for a total build of $321k with an estimated completion of 7/21. Seneca was sales rep and Miles was the PM - Brohn is excuse after excuse after excuse. After every update on call on Monday's, I was left more confused as to what progress was really happening as foundation finally got poured mid-April (it doesn't take 4.5 months to pour a foundation. I finally called them out on this and they didn't like it. I got a call and letter stating they were canceling my contract. Ohhhh how convenient for them because they can turnaround and re-sell the property for $420k and profit the $100k. I have built 5 houses over my years and they are by far the worst and most unethical builders in Texas. In my opinion, I would stay far away from this crooked bunch of thieves. Everyone, please read the reviews and do not do business with them. They will overpromise, under deliver and make you feel like you are the problem. This is a pattern for their own financial gain and absolute abuse. Texas State Attorney General's Office needs to investigate. Brohn will tell you that they don't cancel contracts for the sake of their own financial benefit, then why cancel my contract and why resist the house for $150k over my contract to build price. they have done this to t least 6 people I am aware of thus totaling ~$1M in profits by canceling contracts. Pure Fraud!!!!
