I am writing to bring to your attention a series of issues that I have encountered since purchasing my home from Armadillo, a View Homes company, which has been a source of significant concern.This is our second home purchased with Armadillo, and unfortunately, the challenges we've faced mirror those from our first experience. Over the past three years, it seems that little has changed with your warranty department. The same issues with response times and resolution efforts persist, which has been both frustrating and **************** a homeowner who invested $400,000 into this property, I had certain expectations regarding the quality and reliability of the home. Unfortunately, I have encountered several problems that have not only caused inconvenience but have also raised concerns about the overall quality and construction of the home.Structural Issues: I have noticed several structural problems, including cracks in all concrete areas of the home Electrical/Plumbing Concerns: There have been recurring issues with the water tank, which have necessitated repeated repairs.Customer Service Response: Despite bringing these issues to the attention of your team, the response has been that they are working on the issues but its been 4months since we purchased our home with many of our concerns remain unresolved.While I understand that no home is without its challenges, the extent and frequency of these issues have been disappointing. Given that this is our second home with your company, it is particularly concerning to see the same recurring problems, with little improvement in your service over the past three years.I am keen to work with you to find a resolution to these problems promptly, as they have significantly affected my experience as a homeowner. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a proposed plan to address and rectify these issues.
