      This **mpany was ** reacted by my insurance **mpany American Home Shield (AHS) to fix my AC unit. They came out on July 10th to check the unit and told us that the **mpressor needed to be fixed. The guy told us that he needed to order the part. A week later we **ntact him and he says he ordered the part and it should be here the following week and that he would call us to set up an appointment. Its now August 6th and we have heard from him regarding when theyre **ming back. We called AHS to help with the situation and they cannot get a hold of this **mpany by email or calls. I spoke to them Saturday (august 5th) to see if I **uld hire a different **mpany and get reimbursed because I have a 5week old baby and sitting in a home with no working AC was not helping the situation and the insurance **mpany told me that our **mpressor was under warranty and I **uldnt do it because they needed to **ntact this **mpany to see if they received the **mpressor or not. Ive been sitting in my house for almost a month with a newborn with no AC and Im not getting the help that I need.

      This company lacks empathy and customer service skills. This company was contracted by American Home Shield and came to my residence on 10/13 to diagnose an issue with my central air. The technician advised that the evaporator coil had gone out and that all the freon had leaked out of the system. He told me that they would be in contact once they part arrived. I was advised to purchase a small ac unit to escape the heat. This company never bothered to call me back or inform me of the status of the part coming in. All of my calls and those of AHS went unanswered. The number that was provided would state that the voice mailbox was full and you cannot leave a message. They advised AHS that I would need to have my drain line reconfigured and that I needed some additional repairs. These repairs were unnecessary and they were attempting to charge AHS more money. Bad service and no customer contact. Based on the reviews I've seen about this company, they have no business serving the public. I was without my central air from 10/11 to 11/30. A reputable company was able to correct the issue within one day after they made their diagnosis. Customer beware the other repairs that ******************** stated were required were not required.
