I requested for a refund of the first order, and they said they could not do that, and would have to place a new order. The first order was not canceled. Resulting in me being charged for the new order and the old one, that I wanted to cancel in the first place. I then called to ask what happened and why I was charged for two orders now. I was so upset ... that I decided that I would cancel all orders. I feel that they have given me the run around.
