I bought Lubys fried fish. When I opened the box, the plastic was opened and two were missing. Indicating someone bought, tried and returned. Worse yet, is that HEB returned it to the freezer.Review from elizabeth m

HEB at ***************** is such a disappointment. I have been going to this store for over 20 years and today was the last straw. While I was shopping with my daughter, my daughter went to go get some bath products and 10 minutes later she comes back with a look of DISTRAUGHT on her face. I asked her what happened, she was on the verge of tears. She explained that someone from HEB was following her and approached her to ask if she was shoplifting, I said WHAT? She explained to me that her hands were full and she was trying to find where I was so she could place her stuff in the basket. I asked her to please go and point that person out. We walked towards the toothpaste section when she said, that is the person, her name is ********. I asked her, are you the person who is accusing my daughter of shoplifting? Her response was, I don't know what you are referring to. I then pointed towards my daughter who was waiting in the open area near the suntan products and she said yes that is her. I told her I would be reporting her to her Manager, needless to say after this occurred, our family will no longer be shopping here. I have never ever been more disappointed in this store.Review from Donna C

The last several months, the HEB curbside in Fairfield has been the worst. Tried to talk to Corporate ******************** waste of time. Nothing but issues with this place, has got to the point the last 2 times I have called corporate, to try to rectify the issues, second time I called the young boy was not understanding what I was trying to tell him, and made excuses for me spending 10 extra minutes in the parking lot for them to get the apples they failed to complete in my order. Also ordered 4 ******** Pears - didn't get them either. I don't do substitutes so I have no doubt, another mess up on HEB. I have chose to quit with HEB's in this area. Too much drama every time I place an order. **************** here is horrible!Review from Adela F

I used delivery for the first time. I am 77. I asked for Muscle Rub and I got ************* instead and got no receipt. I took it back and I showed them my transaction from my **** of America account. I really was cheated. They wanted me out of the ********. The amount was *****. I got a ***** gift card and 4.75 going to my account. Could you please tell me how that amount to *****?Review from Jennifer G

This is specifically a review of the ***************** I dont know what the training process is for shoppers, but produce is always bad and meat selection is terrible. My main complaint however is that there is a missing item from my order 60% of the time. And it always happens to be a very necessary item. And the process in which you report a missing item from curbside is archaic. I would rather use Shipt delivery service and pay the upcharge because at least you can communicate with the shopper and they seem to take pride in their shopping.Review from Kimberly Y

The worst service ever the customer is always right they did not provide the services needed the line wait was ************************************************************** she could only do one and I would have to get in line again for the other then when I went up to a manager for help because I was in a hurry she asked me what I did wrong when they I didnt do anything I just needed the services but they did not provide it I had to drive to another heb and they did it fast and easy unlike this H-E-B this needs to be reported have secret shoppers I dont know so it can be fixed because it was the worst experience everReview from RICHARD K

Checker made me choose between theraflu and dayquil today. I am sick and out of medicine. These two are not even the same.. one is a hot liquid drink and the other is liquid medicine. How dare you tell me what I can and can't buy! And save that "let's leave some for everyone" line when I was only trying to buy ONE. I cut up my heb card when I got home and I will never be back. You are evil to treat someone that sick like they're a hoarder or worse. I just wanted to get the medicine I need and get some rest on the couch. I'll do my grocery shopping elsewhere. Your store in ****** is not the only grocery store in the county. As a company, you have lost your way and your going to continue to lose customers with such draconian policies. I will tell everyone that will listen what you did to me today. You are WRONGReview from deb l

So very disappointed with HEB today. I received a call less than 2 hours before my cake was to be picked up saying they didn't have red velvet and could they substitute. Mind you they knew they ddn't have any the day prior when shipment came in. I asked if they could call around and see if other HEBs had the cake. He said they couldn't because they don't do orders less than *********************************************************************************** He said no. So now no time to get ************. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your store involving one of your employees in the sushi department.Today, while shopping at the store, I was accused of stealing sushi by one of your employees despite informing him that I had put it back. Instead of acknowledging my statement, he proceeded to interrogate me, questioning where I had supposedly put it and even suggested reviewing security footage. This humiliating ordeal unfolded in front of other customers, leaving me feeling embarrassed and belittled.When I requested assistance from the manager, *****, she not only failed to address the situation appropriately but also treated me with disdain, insinuating that I was causing a disturbance. I was shocked and dismayed by her dismissive attitude, especially considering my long-standing patronage of over 8 years.The employee's behavior was not only unjust but also discriminatory, as he singled me out and made baseless accusations, making me feel like a criminal. This experience has left me feeling traumatized and deeply upset. I have never been treated with such disrespect and hostility in my entire life.Although I appreciate the assistance of the General Manager, ********, who showed empathy and provided some comfort during this distressing time, the emotional damage has already been done. Despite her efforts, I cannot overlook the mistreatment I endured at the hands of your staff.I hope measures will be taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future, including sensitivity training for all staff members.Regrettably, due to this unacceptable experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will no longer be shopping at Mi Tienda. The employees at the Central Market location in ******* are utterly rude. Over the past year, the ******* Central Market employees have been closing the store early on a number of occasions. Tonight, I arrived at the store about 7 minutes before closing to grab a few items before work. They refused me entry even though there were still customers in the store. I've run into the store before it closes at 10 pm on a number of occasions before work and never a had a problem. This is the first time I was refused entry. ******* is the third or fourth largest city in the **** and there are thousands of people who work overnight in the ******* medical center. Many of the employees who work in the medical center are employees of *********************************. They work hard and work long hours in one of the best if not the best cancer hospitals in the world. At the very least, businesses like Central Market/HEB should recognize and respect their customers a bit more. The people running into the store before it closes might be going to MDA or one of the other hospitals to start work after they leave the store.Central Market ********* ********** needs to give all store employees a good lecture about customer service. No one should be refused entry before the store closes.
