I have had problems with Bluebonnet Glass for quite some time. They have installed at least four different window at my ranch. On two occasions, within 12 months, two of the windows failed and I asked them to replace them under warranty. They were happy to do so. The last situation happened under new management. I had a window that was cracked that was ordered and installed. The installer told me that the window wasn't square and he wouldn't be surprised if it was going to crack due to tension on the glass. He ordered a new one immediately. This was actually a few years ago, before covid. When the second window came, it arrived with a crack already in it. So, I have had two cracked windows. They ordered the third. The third window apparently cracked in transport and I never saw it. I called to reschedule. The office manager told me that they could not longer get my color, so she couldn't reorder it. I asked her to send me samples or options, she never replied. I noticed that they blocked my number. They would NEVER pick up the phone when I called. I immediately had my assistant call. They answered immediately. We tried to schedule an appointment but the office manager told us that she couldn't schedule more than three weeks out, but she also couldn't schedule within one week. She made every excuse not to schedule us. NOW, my assistants number is blocked. I had a third person call, same thing. Once they associate with our address, the number is blocked. I have given them a LOT of business and all I wanted them to do was fix ONE cracked window that I had already paid for. I can't get them to answer the phone unless I have someone else call. It's bizarre.
